Bonding Moments (Part 2)

I slept for hours and wake up to someone's hand on my back. I open my eyes and see Enzo asleep, I guess he wanted to charge his battery a bit more. I try to get up, but he has a good grip on me, so I can't move, but if I'm being honest, I don't want to move, it's pretty comfortable laying on his chest. I try to move again, but he pulls me closer. So he is awake, just resting his eyes. Why was he being so affectionate? Ever since I finished his body he's been holding me a lot. I mean, I'm not complaining. I tried to get up again, but I heard a groan and he hugged me so tight that I could barely move.

"Don't...move..." Enzo mumbled. "I've wanted to hold you for so long, ever since you created me and told me about your horrible life in the past. I want to make up all of the hugs you never received as a kid." He rubbed my back very gently as he smiled at me. "I just want you to be happy."

I'm pretty sure my heart just melted. I've never had this happen to me before. Before I could say anything, I heard a knock at the door. I get up to open the door, and I see the girl. Dammit, why didn't I check first?

"So you do live here!" she said with an evil grin on her face.

"Yeah I do, what do you wa-"

"Ooh, you're cute~" she interrupted. She was staring at Enzo and he stared back at her. She walks over to him sitting on the couch and sits on his lap.

"Hi cutie~ I'm Amelia." she said. So that's was her name is.

"Oh, my name is Enzo." He didn't look too thrilled that she was on his lap. He looked over to me, signalling to me for help, so I walked over an pulled her off of him.

"Hey! What's the big deal? I was just saying hi. God, I can't just say hi and be nice to your brother?"

"Brother? No, he's my friend."

She looked over at Enzo with a smirk. "Hm, then that'll make making you mine a whole lot easier." She winked and left the dorm, slamming the door behind her.

I was very confused, but also fuming at the same time. I was getting so mad that I started shaking, and Enzo noticed. He got up and looked me up and down.

"Your body temperature is high."

I was very confused on how he knew that. "Did you just scan me?"

"Yes, I added it myself. You don't think you're the only one making upgrades, do you?" he grinned. I was surprised that he knew how to use my computer to program things into him.

"There's also another feature I added to myself." he said while walking over to me. He put his arms around me, but he was cold. "I can make myself hot and cold just in case your body temperature get to high or too low."

He held me for a few seconds and then he let go. "There, you should be cooled off now." he said with a soft smile.

I frowned and looked up at him with teary eyes. "You won't let her take you away from me, will you? You're my only friend and I-"

"No, that could never happen, and I won't let that happen." be says while lifting my chin up so he can see my face, wiping away my tears.

"How do you know she won't trick you or seduce you or something?" I ask.

He smiled softly and leaned in close to my face. "Because all I need is you."
