It was Monday and the teacher just informed us that next week we would present the middle term exams, before the holidays. This news caused a lot of commotion, however, the teacher cut it short as he began with the lesson on the last topic.

The first classes passed with no other announcement or any problem, while we were on break the whole team met on the rooftop, and the topic, as expected, were the exams, Daiki being quite ok with the exams, which was a surprise until he explained that he didn't care that much for he was still going to fail.

To avoid such a thing we decided to suspend all club activities and focus on studying, so we agreed on going to Satsuki's home to study after classes, Daiki only going because Sei told him to, and Daiki was convinced he would suffer if he didn't.

We began the study sessions that day, and as we arrived at Satsuki's home we set the table to eat and begin with the work. We didn't get to meet Satsuki's mom as she was working, but all the food was made by her, and it was quite tasty.

Soon enough, we began studying, and Sei, Shin and Tetsu were doing just fine, all of them being with me in class 5, Satsuki was managing her own, she was in class 4 so it wasn't that much trouble if she decided to ask anything, Atsushi was more interested in the sweets, however, once I promised to bake him a cake he decided to try and study, the real problem was Daiki, who seemed to understand less than two words. Don't get me wrong, I do not believe he is dumb, I think it is just that the school doesn't really interest him, so, he doesn't pay attention, he is a bit like Ryo in English, the thing is.... well Ryo knows English, I can't say the same about Daiki.

POV Akashi

We were all studying, which I usually find pointless, yes, school is necessary, but I do not believe that we can learn anything in a week if we didn't learn it during the partial, still, here I am, just trying to spend time with Nora, which while studying was quite difficult as she didn't need help, and I knew that for a fact.

After a while of Daiki muttering to himself, we hear him ask for help, and Nora being the kind girl she is offered herself to help him, which only took her farther apart from where I was.

At that moment I just wanted to ask for help so she would come sit as near as she was before Daiki spoke, but of course, I couldn't do that, I understood everything I was reading, and, to be fair, I would just make her waste her time.

POV Kuroko

I could tell Aomine didn't understand a thing Nora was saying even if she was explaining everything as easy as anyone could make the topics, however, it was no secret that Aomine wasn't good at math or chemistry.

And even as I knew this, I decided to interrupt them, so that I could teach Aomine, 'Maybe I can take him from here Nora, so you can study a bit too' I knew she doesn't need to study, but I wanted her away from him, she was too close to him to my liking, and she gladly complied, even with the caring and kind girl she is she still gets stressed from doing the same for 20 minutes, I guess.

All week we studied and as it seemed that Tetsu knew how to help Daiki he was in charge of him, I, on the other hand, helped Satsuki, and Shin helped Atsushi when needed, however, with the cake as motivation he was certainly more engrossed in his studies than anything else.

And so, the exams came, all the students could feel the anxiety and stress from all over the place, but I knew we could make it, after all, we did study hard for this moment,
