Metroid: Mask of the Moon

Chapter 2: Moon Rabbit

In the shadows of Samus' mind she is confronted with a young strange looking imp boy wearing a vibrant heart shape mask in dark purple with spikes all across it, two large orange eyes with red highlights around the sclera & green irises. "You shouldn't have done that." He said.

Samus stood her ground as she was slightly taller than the kid being fully grown, "Skull Kid, Or am I talking to the Mask?" She asks, tilting her head a bit.

"This is my party and you weren't invited." He started floating in the air as if he was in a playful stretch on a bed.

"I won't let you destroy this world." She assures him, taking a defensive stance forming her armor.

The Skull kid started to cackle, "Hehahehahahaha, You wanna play? My game, my rules." Soon the mask began to shake violently as it raddled on the kid's face. A strange magical aura started forming around it.

Samus suddenly didn't feel so good, "Ughh..." Her head started to splint in pain. She felt dizzy. Somebody had to stop the ride cause she wanted off.

"But you're already behind, so you'll have to be quick like a bunny. Hehehe" He said with a sinister giggle.

Soon he vanished for a brief moment, and while the pain started briefly she was left staggering, so Samus was taken by surprise when a large white rabbit leaped on top of her and popped her helmet off. "Hey!" She shouted. Soon the white rabbit was mocking her wearing the helmet and started to scamper off. "Hey, give that back!" Samus shouted chasing after it, unaware she was now back in her casuals.

Nearly caught up with it she had unwittingly lost her footing and slipped falling dooowwn the rabbit hole, Samus was well aware of what was happening but was too distracted to give the similarities any notice. When she landed a huge colony of white Rabbits were stamped right through her, visually distracting her for a moment. It took her a bit to chase after the one that still had her helmet.

Soon her path was blocked by what looked like a giant pestle hammer. She looked up to see 2 giant rabbits each sporting Majora's eyes, "Whatcha making? The elixir of immortality?" The white one asks in a little voice.

"Nah, just some making some rice cake." The jade green one said.

"What is that?" The white asks pointing at Samus realizing she was in a huge mortar bowl.

"I don't know but it's awfully persistent." He said and with a flick of his pestle he sent the bounty hunter flying. She watched helplessly as her helmet continued to hop further away.

"AHHH!" She screams. Being flung through a mirror or perhaps to continue the Alice trend, a looking glass. It broke when Samus went through it but instantly reformed back to normal. As she landed back to where she was before in front of Skull Kid, looking down she noticed that she was now wearing a little blue dress and then her hands or rather white paws caught her attention, looking up at the mirror she saw her new face. She was now an anthro looking white rabbit, still sporting her blond ponytail & blue eyes, even a small black patch of fur where her beauty mark was there."What did you do to me?" She demanded.

The Skull Kid gave another laugh,"HAHAHAHAHHA! That's good look for you, much better than that weird looking armor." Soon the area the area shook and Samus looked up only to see a huge white rabbit the size of Kraid about to jump on her.

She was about to brace for it's impact only to gasp waking up in a cold sweat, "Gahhh...ha...ah..." She pants.

Dawn of the 2nd Day 48 Hours remaining.

Looking down at her hand she noticed her little white paw, "Oh no." She gets up and looks in the mirror to see for herself and instead of her normal self she sees she was in her adventuring gear but now her face was that of a white rabbit, her eyes were still blue & her blond ponytail was there but long white ears were sticking out through her golden locks. "Oooh this is not good." Samus said aloud. She also noticed she was about half her size, probably no taller than Romani was.
