Chapter 02

Giyuu and Sabito entered their residence, the members who weren't busy bowed at their arrival. The two went to their office then sat beside each other as they await for the reports for today. One of the members had knocked on their door, then proceeded to go inside as he got permission from them. He arrived in front of them.

"What's the report and bring the files ASAP." Sabito said.

"Yes sir, but someone's here to see you two." The man said, stepping aside to reveal the visitor.

"Good morning, Sabito and Giyuu." The visitor greeted them with a smile.

The two stood up in surprise then bowing without hesitant. The visitor was one of Ubayashiki's children, one amongst the geniuses of their family. "My father has arranged a meeting for all investigators that works under him and Kibutsuji-sama along with his investigators will be present aswell. An absence for today's meeting is not an option." The young boy said.

"Rest assured. We shall be there for today's meeting." Giyuu answered formally.

The young boy nodded, "I'll be taking my leave then. Be well." He says, bowing before he was escorted out from their office.

The two sat and sighed at the same time, "Let's go and prepare for that meeting." Sabito says as he stood up to grab his coat then threw the car keys at Giyuu as he stood to grab his coat. They left the office and went to the parking lot. They started the car then drove away from the area and heads to the main headquarters.

They had arrived to their destination, arriving 11 sharp just an hour early before the meeting starts. They headed inside and was immediately escorted to their meeting area. As they went inside the room, all of their colleagues of their branch had already arrived.

Shinobu Kocho, The head of the Butterfly Residence. She's known for her medical knowledge and has a lot taste in poison works. She's currently being trained of handling the residence from the former head, Kanae Kocho, who accompanied her today. Up next is, Sanemi Shinazugawa, The head of the Wind Residence. He's quite fearsome just from looking at his scars and his violent behavior when it comes to people he despises. Next to him is, Uzui Tengen, The head of the Sound Residence. He's known to be a playboy just from his looks and the fact that he has 3 wives. He detest people when they aren't flamboyant enough. The fuck does that word even mean. Next is, Kyojuro Rengoku, The head of the Flame Residence. People mostly entitled him as, The Blazing Will. The kindness and encouragement he gives will make your heart ablaze. Next would be, Obanai Iguro, The head of the Serpent Residence. This extraordinary man is a serpent beast of its own. Known to his stealth like serpent attacks in combat and what lies behind his face mask is still a mystery until to this day. Next to him is, Mitsuri Kanroji, The head of the Love Residence. She's very friendly and kind to others but don't let that fool you because she has a strength of a thousand men along with her flexible body and an ever lasting appetite. Next is, Muichiro Tokito, The head of the Mist Residence. He's known to be a prodigy considering he's a kid that has a ranking of being the head of a residence and an IQ level that surpassed Einstein. He's mostly in school but sometimes goes to solve investigations. Next to the little man is, Gyomei Himejima, The head of the Stone Residence. He may be a blind man but his buff figure could beat you into a pulp with a single punch. He's rumored to be the strongest of all his colleagues. And lastly, Giyuu Tomioka, The head of the Water Residence. He's the most silent out of all their colleagues. He's the type that he thinks he's being hated by everyone. He's currently also being trained to have a proper movement of being the head, his trainer is Sabito. One of the former head of the Water Residence. These extraordinary people are all loyal and serve under in the name of Kagaya Ubayashiki. One of the leaders of their headquarters. He entitled their rankings as "The Hashira's". The most formidable and highest rank among all ranks. Their loyalty to him is unbound and unbreakable.
