The sound of sirens were everywhere, It was practically around the house. The temperature kept rising and rising to the point that breathing is hard, adding up the smoke around the place.

In a room, cries were heard. Seeing two kids holding two babies as they cried to the two adults with half of their bodies being pinch down on the floor by a big burning plank.

"You two take good care of the young ones..." The man said to them, seemingly their father. His voice was faint, almost reaching the point of death.

A woman reached for both of their cheeks, tears begun to stream down her cheeks, "We're sorry to leave you both so early... We promise that we'll always watch you both." She smiled, her hand slowly drop as her voice became faint and her eyes slowly shut.

Suddenly the fire got worst, burning some part of the ceiling making some burned wooden planks drop straight on top of their parents. Ending both of their lives.

"Oto-san! Oka-san!" The two elder siblings screamed but received no response from their parents.

The girl cried and cried, repeatedly calling them but again no response were received. She was suddenly pulled out in time as another batch of burnt planks fell down. She turned to who pulled and cried even more, "Zed-nii... Ota-san and Oka-san..."

The Eldest Son pulled her to a hug,"Shush now... They're resting." He stood up with her, "Let's get out for now okay? We still have these two." He wiped her tears with his thumb then held her hand. He started walking as he leaded the way, searching for a way out of the burning house.

They kept running into dead ends but hope were on their side, seeing a doorway that led outside as they were less fire around its path. He didn't hesitated to go through the path, He was happy that they're gonna live but then he heard sniffs and sobs behind him.

He looked behind, seeing the girl crying as she tightly and carefully carry a peach haired boy. She kept mentioning their parents, mourning their deaths as she couldn't believe that they died right in front of their eyes.

He held her hand tightly, grabbing her attention, "Tsutako. Stay strong, I know they left us but they're still here, watching and protecting us. They'll never leave out side even if they died." He suddenly coughed violently, slowing their pace towards the exit. It made the girl worried but she stayed strong, enlightened by his words then leaded the way.

She grip his hand tightly, "Thank you Nii-san." She smiled.

They were almost there, slowly fastening their pace but suddenly the girl started to fall down, her eyes slowly shut then everything went black.

"Tsutako!"

. . .

The girl started to regain her consciousness, slowly opening her eyes. The light irritated her but her vision started adjusting, "Where am I...?" She wondered, then immediately jolted to sat up and panicked as she looked around for her family. She calmed down after seeing the two young ones peacefully sleeping right next to each other as they suck their thumbs. She tug a smile in the corner of her lips, relief that they're safe from danger then she started to wonder where is her big brother is.

She then heard the door open, cocking her head to its direction as it revealed the elder brother, covered in bandages and medical tapes. He brought a tray, full of food for her to eat. He walked to her direction, stopping beside her bed as he started to set it up for her.

"How are you feeling?" He asked, grabbing a seat, placing it beside her as he sat near her then took off his mask.

"I'm feeling fine but the headache won't go away!" She said, letting out a giggle as she looked at him with a smile.
