I screamed as soon as woke up, making everyone else jump awake. "What was that?" Craig shouted.
"Sorry guys it was just a horrible nightmare." I say as Tyler started grumbling and Craig flipped over on his side.
I laid down so I was facing the wall, thinking about the horrific dream. Before I know it I felt something wet on my face. Tears. I get out a heavy sigh before I felt a hand on my leg, quickly realizing the touch.
I turn around to see a worried Evan looking at me. He wiped away a few tears from my face with a small sigh. "Scoot." He says as I do so and he climbs into my bed next to me. "Talk to me."
I sigh slightly before scooting closer so that way my face was buried into his warm chest. "It's about a variety of things all draped into one thing." I mumble a bit muffled by Evan's shirt. "Y'know how I'm scared of being lost? Well, I'm wandering around in pitch datkness looking for someone."
"Who's that someone, Jon?" He asked laying his chin onto the top of my head.
"You."
Silence. Not uncomfortable silence. It was a very comfortable silence.
"I won't let that happen" He states putting his strong arms around me. "I'm here now and that's how it'll always be."
There was something about what he had said. I'm here now. Those words stood out to me. They made me feel safe, a good kind of nervous, it made me feel wanted.
I felt his soft lips against the top of my head which had snapped me out of my thoughts. "Goodnight my Jonathan." The Canadian mumbled making me turn red.
I nearly said something back but I decided to keep my mouth shut, knowing that he'd probably be embarrassed. So, I just just snuggled closer into him, to where there wasn't even a gap anymore.
I became instantly warm in comfortable in my Evan's strong arms. Although, I wanted nothing more than to sleep I couldn't so I just stayed put and allowed Evan's words bounce around in my head.
I'm here now. My Jonathan. I won't let that happen.
The camper had stopped moving and she truck doors were being closed. I heard the door swing open "Get up guys!" David starts shouting making Evan groan slightly and he tightened his grip on me a bit. How long have I been thinking?
I looked up at Evan who was staring down at me with a small smile. "I could get used to this." He says chuckling a bit as I turned bright red. The Canadian rolled out of bed soon followed by me.
"Do you want fucking food or not, Tyler?" David said laughing a bit.
We all hopped off the camper to see a McDonalds and Lui. "Tah Dah!" He squeaks.
"What the fuck Lui? You said we would be eating gourmet food!" Craig laughed.
"Guys this is lunch. The cool people don't eat gourmet food during the day they eat that at dinner time!" The male said before heading inside.
This is going to be some trip.
