Quirk - His quirk is Fire Breathe which let's him Breathe fire out of his mouth and use fire with hands as well and his fire is the 2nd hottest fire their is and that is White Fire but when is family is hurt her can do Black Fire and his drawback is that his thought will become dry and start to hurt and his hands will hurt as well.

Quirk: Water Manipulate- which let's Izumi use everything in water and use the water at her will, she can also summon horse out of water and can turn water into ice or boil the water if she can and her drawbacks backed is she need to drink alot of water for we to use her quirk she can also use the icey water and fire water for 1hr but if she train she can upgrade that time she know hand to hand combat and she is also a spy for this family and she was neglected and abuse my the Yagi's so that's why she was adopted my Inko

So Izuku get good control of his quirk bur he can't use it in school so everyone bullys him except Katsuki and Katsumi Bakugo, and the teacher don't even care about Izuku so their let the children bully Izuku and sometimes even tell the Bakugos twins to bully Izuku but their don't.
