Gregor POV
I wake up again and stretch my arms above my head.
"Hmm I must have fallen back to sleep"
I get up and go to the bathroom take a quick shower then get dressed in a long sleeve shirt and jeans then walk downstairs.
"Hey honey want pancakes?" My mom asked
"Sure" I say
And she puts a HUGE stack of pancakes in front of me and eat then I walk out the door and run to school.
"Hey Gregor wait up" My friend Matt says
I slow down to a jog as he catches up to me.
"Gregor why do you were long sleeves it's like 90 digress outside?" Matt asked
"I dunno." I say blankly not wanting to tell him out the scars
I run up to the school and walk to class just then Emma walks in and sits next to me I just rolled my eyes.
I'm pretty sure she has a crush on me considering she constantly tries to get as close as possible to me All. The. Time.
Class just dragged on for the longest time
"Gregor please read the next paragraph" Said my teacher
So I read
"Greek gods have been around longer than you think like Zeus and Ares" I say out loud
Then my heart skips a beat at the name Ares, and I fall to the ground.
