[You lied to me about your favorite color, pixie]
[From Pinky:
Oh? U think so?][Yeah miss wears black like it's nobody's business]
[From Pinky:
Hahahaha!! Omg!! Okay fine, I like black too are u happy????]Dabi shook his head in an attempt to dispel the smile that crossed his lips. For whatever reason he'd picked up another ashtray - or rather, he'd stolen it from a cafe, but who was really going to miss it? It sat on the dining room table, which was covered with newspapers and magazine clippings and coffee stains. Again.
He'd worked out the majority of Endeavor's techniques, gotten them down to a science. He could mimic his movements almost exactly at this point.
The only thing he lacked was hand-to-hand combat skills, and as defiant as he was, and as determined as he was to be taught by Endeavor and Endeavor alone, Dabi knew he'd have to suck it up and learn more techniques from someone else, 'the Hero Killer is around. Once I've gotten Prominence Burn figured out, I'll put more effort into tracking Stain down.'
[Yeah I'm satisfied.]
[From Pinky:
What kind of fruit do u like?]He chuckled at the absurdity of the question. It came out of left field, 'but I suppose it's another small thing she'd get to know about me.'
No fruit really came to mind until he opted to tease her, grinning broadly.
[Melons]
[From Pinky:
.................. OH U THINK UR SOOOO FUNNY!!!!!!!!!!!!][🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣]
[From Pinky:
DON'T U LAUGH AT ME!!!!][Sorry too busy laughing at you to stop]
[From Pinky:
UR NOT SORRY AT ALL!!!][Yeeeeeeeah I guess you're right about that]
[From Pinky:
I'm being srs!!!][And I don't eat fruit]
[From Pinky:
Omg no wonder u think my diet is healthy.][HEY!!]
[From Pinky:
U said so urself!!! U don't get to be mad at me about it!]Dabi scowled, mouthing off at his phone. He got up from the table and meandered over to the fire escape. It was an unusually warm evening. His eyes scanned the alleyway below, narrowed in suspicion.
No one came scaling up the wall at him. He was safe for now, 'fuckin' sucks that the Revelations know where I live, but at least I know what they're called. Still haven't been able to find much information on them that isn't hidden behind classified firewalls.'
For all the efforts he had gone to just to make sure that he was never found out by heroes or cops, it would be for naught if Dabi was going to get found by other villains instead. He knew he could cooperate, it wasn't like what Famine had offered didn't nag at the back of his mind. It wasn't like what she had offered wasn't desirable.
'But I don't want to get on Warframe's bad side,' Dabi sighed, looking down at his phone. He had no real reason to trust Musutafu's newest and deadliest villain, but that chilling rage that had settled in his bones when he realized who Warframe was, coupled with the fear that Famine had of him, Dabi would err on the side of caution: to not make enemies with the last nightmare, 'whatever the fuck that's supposed to mean.'
He wandered back inside, running his hand through his hair.
Dabi already knew about Abiteth's older brother Cestmir, better known in the hero world as Guardian. At the time of All for One and All Might's fight, he had been ranked Number 3 in the hero charts. Interestingly, shortly after his death, Graveyard had taken Guardian's place as Number 3.
