A demon is in everybody
Some keep it clean, some make it muddy.
They say it lives in hell ,
But have they tried themselves
The demon is in all of us ,chained by patience
Calmed and distracted by tolerance
Some tend to be afraid of it ,
Some preserve it as an emergency survival kit.
But why to keep the demon hidden,
How do you know it's bad and should be forbidden?
Have you ever removed it's chains ?
Checked it's deep lasting wound that pains !
Deep down you know why it was born
From a fragment of your heart that was back in time torn.
A wound instead of healed ,
Was locked in a room tightly sealed .
Remember the pledge you took never to look at it again,
Bolted in a box the cause of your pain
But....gone the days when you were weak ,
Frail to move and frant to speak
Welcome the world with smiles unveiled,
Unbar the rent that you left unhealed.
Cure your demon and make it your power,
Let the giggles rain and let the smiles shower.
