Chapter 14

Over the last few weeks, Rose was adjusting to staying at Alfea. She had moved into an apartment with Sky, Riven and Saul so she could keep up with her own college work while still being with them. Unfortunately, Rose just learned she had to go to earth for an exam she couldn't do online.

Things with Sky, Riven and Saul were going great. They were really understanding and loving and let her set the pace for everything. They however hadn't told her about the bonding and marking yet as they didn't want to ruin it. Little did they know, they would have to come clean soon as she would have to go to earth for a bit.

"Saul?" Rosalie asked, knocking on his office door. "Come in" he immediately said, recognizing the voice of his mate. Seeing her wave goodbye to Riven, he knew he was the one to walk her to his office. "Is everything alright, love?" He asked, after greeting her with a kiss. "I just learned that I can't do my final exam for this semester online so I would have to go back to earth for a bit." Rosalie said, nervously. "When would the exam be, love?" "Next Wednesday". It was now Monday, so they would have enough time to figure out a solution to this problem.

"I see. Don't worry about it, love. I'll figure something out." "Thanks, Saul. I have to go meet Bloom. See you tonight?" "Let me walk you out, love." Saul told her, not wanting her to walk around on her own. Sky, Riven or Saul was with her at all times, unless she was with her little sister or Stella. The guys knew they could trust the girls to keep her safe, but they still preferred it if it was one of them. Especially as they hadn't completed the mate bond.

While Rosalie was hanging out with her sister and her friends in the Winx suite, Saul had called Riven and Sky to his office because of what Rose told him.

"We have to tell Rose about the bonding and marking." was what Saul started with, making Riven and Sky look at him unsure. "Are you sure, Saul? Things are going well for now. I really don't want to scare her off." Sky said, making Riven agree with him. "I know. And if we had a choice, waiting would have been better, but she has to go to earth for an exam and we can't all go with her. Only one of us can go, but without her being completely mated to us, the two that are left behind will be in pain as would she." Saul explained, making both boys look at him in understanding. "We'll tell her tonight then. God, I hope this doesn't change anything" Riven spoke, making the other two agree with him.
