The evening came way too soon for Sky, Riven and Saul. They would have to tell Rosalie about the bonding and the marking and this could change everything. "Thanks Stella, see you tomorrow" Rosalie said while opening and closing the front door. The boys only heard a quiet "bye" from further away, letting them know Stella walked their mate home as they had asked.
Sky, Riven and Saul were sitting in the living room with serious looks on their faces, making Rose look at them a bit apprehensive. "Everything okay?" she asked, going to sit with Sky and cuddling into him after pressing a kiss to Saul's and Riven's cheeks. "We need to talk, love" Sky said, making Rosalie distance herself a bit from Sky so she could look at him and ask what it was about, getting a bit scared because of the tense atmosphere.
"Did I do something wrong?" Rosalie asked, making Riven, Sky and Saul immediately tell her that she absolutely did not do anything wrong "No, of course not princess" "No, no, no, I'm sorry love you didn't do anything wrong" "Of course not sweetheart". "Okay, then what's up?" She asked, making Saul sigh and sit up in front of her. "It's about your exam next Wednesday" he told her. "what about it?" "We didn't tell you everything about the mate bond yet because we didn't want to rush you." "Okay?" "But we need to come clear as only one of us can join you in the Other World and we can't have you hurt." "What are you trying to say, Saul?" "There's something called the marking and the bonding. The bonding meaning getting physical with each other and the marking meaning marking your mate so everyone could see." "Yes?" "And that needs to happen with all three of us before next Wednesday" "Excuse me? Do I have any choice in this?" Rosalie asked, almost offended that they would think she would just sleep with them like it's nothing. "Yes, of course you do, love. It's just- if we don't do this and you go to the Other World you will be in a lot of pain. So that's why I said that it needs to happen, but of course you have the choice- Just- Just think about it, okay?" "Okay" Rosalie said before walking off towards the kitchen.
"Well, that went well" Riven sarcastically said.
