Betty goes to check on Y/N and sees her asleep in the closet and just laughs.
"Wow, how? that looks so uncomfortable" Betty said to herself.
She picks her up and puts her on her bed and hugs her. Then she goes back to the others.
"What are you smiling about?" Jughead asks. "Just Y/N" Betty responded.
She then tells them what she saw.
"OMG she is very sleepy" Veronica said. "That's classic" Archie said. "I'm just questioning how she was comfortable sleeping there. Anyways I'm gonna get Pops. What do you want?" Jughead says.
They all tell Jughead there order.
"Okay great. See you in half an hour" Jughead said.
He leaves and then Betty fills them in on everything starting with the meeting with her dad then from when Y/N returned. By the end of the conversation Veronica is in shock and Archie is stunned, both are speechless and are trying to comprehend what Betty said.
"OMG she's so young to go through all of that" Veronica said. "Anything we can do to help please just let us know" Archie asked. "We might need that because the person that ambushed us is still at large, which brings me on to my next point, of who it was. They said we were close so we know them very well and could be family" Betty said. "That doesn't narrow it down much, because it could have been: anyone from school, Chic, your dad, mum, Polly and any Blossom. The list goes on" Archie said until Veronica interrupts. "Okay Archie, it does narrow it down, because it has to be someone who knows Jughead lives here and knows Y/N was back. Also knows to bring a gun knowing we would have one" Veronica says.
Jughead returns back.
"Whose hungry?" Jughead asks. "Me, but we should talk about what's going on more" Veronica replied. "I told them and Archie is trying to say it doesn't narrow it down much" Betty tells Jughead. "Archie are you seriously that dumb" Jughead questions.
Basically similar to what Veronica said.
"Alright, I'm not that smart. Can we leave it at that?" Archie says defending himself. "I think we should. I have an idea, we should take a break, eat some food. Then come up with a plan to trap this person in case they show up again" Veronica suggested. "I like that idea, especially the eating part" Jughead replied.
They all start eating the food.
"Jughead slow down a bit. Your like a lion eating" Betty commented.
They all finish eating then they come up with a plan to trap the person.
"So we need to find out or confirm suspects to what happened" Betty said. "Can we not have a break?" Archie moaned. "No Archie, the longer we wait the more chance the person gets an alibi straight and then we can't catch them" Betty says in a slightly angry tone. "Betty right, who have you got written down already?" Jughead says agreeing with Betty. "Mum, Polly, Dad, someone helping him, Chic and..." Betty said. "And who? Take your time" Jughead asks eagerly. "Charles" Betty emitted.
Veronica calls someone. When she is on the phone.
"Hi" the person on the other end answers. "Hey, can I get a private investigator please" Veronica asks. "Yeah sure" the person said. "Great thanks" Veronica replied.
Veronica kept chatting to the person on the other end for a while.
"I have pulled a few strings and now we have a private investigator to help us" Veronica says. "V thanks" Betty replied. "Why? Charles is an FBI agent, we don't need a private investigator" Archie stupidly says. "OMG Archie, why didn't I think of that. Yes let's go and tell our suspect, that they are a suspect and give them a way to clear themselves" Veronica says sarcastically. "I'm guessing I said something dumb" Archie replies. "Just slightly" Betty says. "Look guys, I was thinking that we can't stay in this trailer, because whoever it was knows where we are. So we need to go somewhere that isn't any of our houses and fast too. We don't know how long we have until we are attacked again"Jughead said.
