Y/N became an olympic swimmer due to her amazing swimming skills also her passion for it and became very successful. The other characters became what they were in season 5. Charles went to jail and haven't escaped and legend says he still there. Alice suffered the same fate as Charles. Polly left Riverdale and became a happy mother. Everyone is now living happily ever after and everyone is still friends.
