Muktha’s POV

   “Ok. I’ll go get a bucket of water” I said as I rushed to the bathroom. I filled a bucket with water and carried it to the room. By then they had closed all the windows and curtains. “This is the moment of truth guys. Shall I?” Chaitra asked and we nodded. She poured the powder into the water. It took few minutes before the water started glowing and something in black and white appeared. It slowly started taking colours. We saw two women standing in one of the rooms of the palace.
   “I don’t like this Riya” the women with the crown started speaking. She must be the Queen. “I really don’t know what to do. I’m in dilemma. I don’t love the King. I reign my power in the Kingdom of Ilandira but I want to gain power over Kingdom Arcania too. I want to rule over the entire planet. Both Ilandira and Arcania will be under my control” her eyes were craving for power as she spoke. “But this is against the rules. This is betrayal Queen Laura. What if the King or Mask finds about this? They won’t hesitate to do anything to you” Riya spoke with concerned look. “I don’t care Riya. I have magical powers and I’m immortal. They can’t do anything to me” someone knocked on the door. It was a servant “Ma’am, King Viosh has called for your presence in the garden” she said. “Ok. I’ll be there” Queen Laura said as she nodded at Riya and left.
    King Viosh was waiting for the Queen in the garden. He looked so familiar to Nolan. Oh wait, he’s the one I saw with the same queen in the portrait. It was King Viosh and Queen Laura with Nolan. So, that means Nolan is their son? I was brought out of my thoughts when the Queen spoke again. “My King, you called for me?” she asked. “Yes, my lady. I wanted to know if you really had any powers?” he smirked and surprisingly she smirked back. She held her hand palm facing the king in front of his face and then suddenly there was purple aura in front of him. “Whoa. That’s amazing! Will you teach me how to acclaim this power?” he asked and she nodded as they walked deep inside the garden.
   The scene changed back to the room with Queen Laura and Riya there. “I can’t Riya. It’s you whom I love. I can bear with the annoyance of the King only to be with you and to reign my power over this planet. The only thing I’m not able to handle is your fear. Please trust me and be on my side Riya” Queen Laura almost burst into tears. “I’m very scared queen. I love you too but I just don’t trust the King and Mask. That’s the only problem we are facing right now” suddenly there was a knock on the doer and everything went black.
   It changed to the dungeon where Queen Laura was sleeping or unconscious and King Viosh is glaring at her. She jerked and woke up. “What am I doing in here King? What's going on?” she screamed. “You tried to betray me. You were having an affair with your maid? You ruined my trust. I could never forgive you” he scoffed. “Firstly she’s not my maid, she’s the love of my life. Secondly, I don’t care about your feelings or forgiveness” she yelled at him. “So do I” he said as he smirked. “I know that only women in your kingdom are born with powers, but I’ve seen even men from your kingdom having almost equal power. How? I know that you all can transfer your powers to others. So, transfer all your powers to me” the King ordered loudly. “In your dreams” she said so boldly with confidence. “Oh really?” he asked. “It can’t be transferred against my will. It can only be transferred if I am willing to do it and I am not doing it” she said and crossed her arms in front of her chest. “Then I’ll make you willingly do it. MASK!! Bring her in” he ordered. And then Mask brought bruised and tied up Riya inside the dungeon. “Riya? No. You can’t do this to her. Please. I beg you” the very confident lady few seconds back was now begging. “First you transfer your powers to me and I’ll leave her” he said. “Ok!” she agreed as she cried. She casted some spell and suddenly there was a shiver in the whole place. We could see the aura getting transferred from the Queen to the King. It changed colours from black to bright red. And all of sudden the King felt so much in power and the Queen collapsed with a tired look. “I guess there is no need for me to kill you as you will die after a few minutes of power transition. Enjoy your last minutes” he said with an evil smile. He took out his sword and stroke it right at Riya’s neck killing her instantly. The Queen was crying miserably. “You don’t deserve this” he said as he took the crown from her head and went outside. He stopped and turned to Mask. “Let her be here with her beloved dead Riya. Don’t take her away” He said and left from there. The water turned back to normal.
    That was a lot to take in. “I don’t know whether the King should be blamed or the Queen ?” Chaitra said. “Infact both are supposed to be blamed. She shouldn’t have had an affair with someone else when she was already married to the King. At least she should have withdrawn from her marriage. But she didn’t because she wanted to hold power in the whole planet. She was greedy. But then even the King wanted power. Even he wanted to reign both the kingdoms. He wanted to have magic and be immortal. Even though he loved his Queen he didn’t hesitate to snatch her powers from her and let her die. Even he was greedy and cunning” I explained. Rather to say I just said whatever I felt. “Did you observe one thing?” Kanchana asked. “ Mask ?” Chaitra exclaimed. “Yeh, even he was there” Kanchana said. “That means he knew all about this” Chaitra said. “And even King Viosh looked so similar to Nolan” Kanchana said. “I think he’s his dad. You guys remember that I had mentioned I saw a painting in the fifth floor store room?” I asked them and they nodded a yes. “It’s them in the painting” I said with a sigh. “What?!!!” Kanchana exclaimed. “ I’m not even surprised. I will be surprised if I find something expected” Chaitra said. “So, shall we go to that room?” I asked and they both nodded.
    We were going to the room. We were in the 3rd floor when we saw that the Kings were headed towards us. “Where are you all going?” Ryan asked. “To the library” I said whatever came to my mind that instant. “Ok, but before that we need to tell you something” Derek said. “What is it?” Chaitra asked. “We’re going on a vacation tomorrow for a week” Nolan announced with excitement. “Oh wow! Where?” Kanchana asked getting all excited. “That’s a surprise. I think there is no need to go to the library now, because you all have an important work to do right now. That is PACKING!” Ryan said in a childish way making us all laugh. “Ok. That’s the plan now, so let’s go?” I asked those two and they just nodded a yes with giving a look saying ‘when do we go there then?' I just smiled and all six of us left to our room.
    Outside our room Ryan stopped Chaitra and said something in her ear. She blushed and then those three left “Before you both ask me about that room, what did he whisper in your ear Chaitra?” I asked smirking. “None of your business” she said as she blushed. “Ok, actually we couldn’t go there now. Because if we said that we needed to go to the library they would have asked why is it so important?  Instead of building up a lie to cover up another lie and going on like that I thought it’s best to stop it here” I said and they both agreed.
    We started packing and then just had dinner and slept early because we had to wake up early.
    We started off in three chariots. One for each couple to put it up simply. It was so nice. We both just spoke randomly about how I felt in this kingdom and what and all I miss about being on Earth. He also spoke a lot about himself. Actually from the time we have come to this kingdom this was the first time I’ve seen him open up like this. He is usually this serious looking reserved person. It felt nice to know him. After about 5 hours of non-stop travelling and changes in sceneries from desert to evergreen forests to plateau and from cities to towns and villages we finally reached this far in front of a huge getaway villa.
