Chapter 17

Niall and Liam picked up the girls on their weekend, and Sophia was getting bigger and bigger by the day. Athena said that mummy was having a baby! Almost ready to pop that thing out, Liam would chuckle and buckle his girls in. Niall was having a hard time with his body as well. He was putting on weight and he was getting sick a lot. But he thought nothing of it, because they'd used condoms (when Liam topped because they knew what Niall's body could do, and Niall said he wasn't ready for a child of his own) and Liam doesn't top nearly as many times as Niall did.

But that didn't stop Liam from worrying. He'd thought it was the flu for a while, but it never went away. "How was your weekend at mummy's?" Liam asked and Persephone just smiled. They lived in London with Sophia now, about an hour and a half from where Liam lives. Persephone had to switch schools, and now Niall and Liam only get them on the weekends. As they can't drive an hour and a half to pick the girls up and then an hour and a half back home every day (twice a day). So they get them on weekends and holidays.

"It was okay, mummy's getting ready for our sister." Persephone said and Athena just sucked on her dummy, they were both watching the snow fall outside. Athena giggled cause it was about her birthday, twelve days exactly. Which Niall had a dilema with that as well. The twenty-fourth of December is both Athena and Harry's boyfriend's birthday in which he and Liam were invited to the party. He doubts they'll go though. He wants to spend time with their little girl for her birthday. She'll be turning four? Niall was hoping he was getting it right. Three or four, and he's almost positive it was four.

"Yeah? It's a sister. Huh?" Liam chuckled and Niall just sat quietly in his seat. "we missed you guys. NiNi has something special set up." Liam smiled.

"Yeah it's a sister. She's naming her Alia." Persephone smiled and then squealed a bit for Niall's surprise, Athena just nodding off in her seat tiredly. She kicked her legs and watched the snow before she sighed loudly.

"Kitten what's wrong?" Liam asked glancing back at her for a fraction of a second before Niall unbuckled his belt and climbed in the back with them.

"Eyes on the road babe." Niall chuckled and sat between their seats. Athena smiled behind her dummy and Niall popped it out of her mouth. "Your smile is so pretty, why do you need this old thing?" Niall asked and it just made Athena smile and blush.

"Mummy say it make her teeth grow wonky." Persephone chirped and Liam looked at her through the mirror.

"Stay out of it Persephone Marlus." he said sternly.

Niall only chuckled and Athena shrugged. "i think your smile is very lovely, it's beautiful just like you, and I don't think you need this anymore. What do you say?" he smiled and Athena nodded shyly. Niall stuffed the dummy down in the cupholder, having to lean up above the console to reach it. Liam only laughed lightly.

Liam had made them all dinner and Niall was in the bathroom throwing his guts up afterwards, which made Liam feel a bit bad. Maybe it was his cooking that was making him sick? What if he made something Niall didn't like or something along those lines. Although every time Niall would come out of the bathroom, he'd be back in the kitchen getting another plate to replace the food he'd just lost.

Athena and Persephone would both ask if Niall was gunna have a baby like mummy, because mummy did all those things. But Niall would just shake his head, insisting he was not pregnant nor would he be for a while.

Then around bedtime Athena started whining around for her dummy and Niall just sat at the edge of her bed and tucked the blanket up under her nose. "Hey, you don't need it sweetheart. Just try and sleep yeah? It's one day closer to your birthday! And you get to spend all those days with Daddy and NiNi, since Persephy doesn't have school." Niall kissed her forehead and Liam smiled making sure they were both tucked in.

"Goodnight girls." he'd say softly.

"Goodnight daddy." they both replied

"Go to sleep you little shits." Niall smiled. They would just giggle.

"Go to sleep NiNi." they'd tell him.

"we love you." Niall and Liam would whisper together before they'd shut off the light and pull the door closed.

"Babe, it's a possibility, why can't we just have it checked out... to be safe y'know." Liam asked as he sat in bed, only in his boxers. He was waiting for the lovely boy getting ready to sleep to come and lay down with him.

"Because, I'm not pregnant and that's the end of it. I'm only twenty (as he'd turned twenty the September before)."

"Persephone just turned seven Ni, and I'm twenty-three. Look at the difference there. I was sixteen when she was born... I just want to have it checked out."

"If I have it checked will you stop bugging me about it?" Niall chuckled, crawling into bed with his flash gordon boxers and white t-shirt.

"Of course I will... and of course, if you are pregnant... We'll have to set up a bassinet in here. Then when they're big enough we can move them to the girls room."

"But I'm not." Niall chuckled and pulled the covers up over them. "So go to sleep and stop worrying about another baby. I know what you do." Liam pulled Niall against him, and closed his eyes, a content smile on his lips.

So I'm going to try with 1-2 updates per day until i finish this which shouldnt be long now.

Read R&B Queen if you haven't. It's a new perspective on the typical "Niall" character or the typical "Niall" character I use. So yeah. Little change of pace for that.

Do you think Niall's pregnant? A middle name for Sophia's daughter? (which her biological father is Danny). Do you think Louis and Harry will tie into this soon?
