Summary: Salem Stackhouse is the youngest of the Stackhouse siblings at only 17. Just like her older sister, Sookie, Salem can read minds but not just human minds but vampire minds too. When Salem first meets Eric Northman it was when he requested the help of her older sister but as soon as he saw the young mind reader he knew that she was his mate. It was then that Eric vowed to keep Salem safe.
It wasn't until when Sookie was nearly killed by Rene that Eric asked Salem to be his and he gave her his blood. When Eric asked Salem to be his she only agreed to it if he would stop drinking and having sex with other girls. Eric at first wanted to refuse but if it got Salem to agree to be with him, he needed to do this for his mate. Not long after Salem agreed to be Eric's did he come to her and ask for a favor in helping finding his maker, Godric. After meeting Godric, Salem had found her second mate, however Salem knew that she was still missing a part of her soul.
A few months after agreeing to be both Eric's and Godric', Salem had walked into Eric's office she witnessed him breaking her promise to not feed or have sex with another woman. Heartbroken, Salem quickly left before Eric could even explain. When Eric and Godric arrived at the Stackhouse home Salem withdrew their invitation to them. The next day Salem fled Ban Tamp, Louisiana and made her way to the small town of Forks, Washington. There Salem enrolled in high school and not long after her arrival does she meet her other four mates in the Cullen coven.
The Cullen's happen to be a different type of vampires from her other two mates. It wasn't long until Sookie, Eric, Godric, and Jason tracked her down. How will her six mates all deal with the fact that the young mind reader has two different types of vampire mates? Can the Cullen vampires along with her two Ban Tamp vampires keep her safe when a nosy human gets involved.
