The wind blew, the lanterns swayed
My previous life blinded by jealousy causes me to dismay
All her victims trapped within her grasp
Within the minka I could hear sounds of rasp
A woman that once treated everyone with courtesy
Now blinded by hunger and jealousy
With two mouths, one of which hungers for the flesh of prey
Her life and will now painted grey
Next was a man who was blind
His search for vision got him caught up in a bind
Now a monster with eyes on his hands
To kill and sacrifice, his jealousy demands
Another was a woman within the city, with her beauty lost
Now covered by makeup and her lips glossed
The last tale was of a woman whose peaceful life ruined by bad humanity
With her burning rage and jealousy became a beast that lost its sanity
All these poor souls whose fates all camouflaged
For all hope of escaping was nothing but a mirage
In this world even I hope to experience this freedom
To be free from this fate started by my own jealousy..
