❝𝕻𝖔𝖗𝖙𝖑𝖆𝖓𝖉 𝖎𝖘 𝖋𝖆𝖓𝖙𝖆𝖘𝖙𝖎𝖈.❞ Klaus voiced through the phone, Stefan rolled his eyes, Damon, Elena, and Coda all stood staring at the ripper hoping the hybrid would take the bait, "Once you get over all the whiny music and healthy-looking people, it is literally a breeding ground for werewolves."

"Portland? Fantastic? What the fuck is he on?" Coda mutters to which Damon shoved him slightly to shut up. Coda threw up his middle finger at the raven-haired man and accidentally siphoned some magic from the vampire, ignoring the way he groaned in pain.

"Your father is dead," Stefan told the Original bluntly. Coda stopped harming Damon when Stefan shot him a look and pointed at the phone in his hand.

"Buzzkill." The siphon mutters under his breath.

Klaus stops, his tone emotionless as he spoke, "What did you say to me?"

"Oh, my mistake. Not your actual father and not dead." Stefan began, "Mikael. Daggered. What do you want me to do with the body?"

"Well, first I want you to explain to me exactly what happened."

"Let's say that Mikael followed Elena in here. He tried to grab her, so he could use her as bait." Stefan suggested, looking to the human, siphon and other vampire in the room for confirmation.

"Bit basic, no?" Coda muttered to which Stefan glared at him. The siphon merely shot him a glare back. "Just saying."

Elena shrugs, following her ex. "And you what? Vervained him?"

"No, we vervained him! This guy is an Original. Make it realistic." Damon retorted, seating himself on one of the chairs.

"Okay, fine." Stefan huffed. "We vervained him, and in the process discovered that he had a dagger."

"Which he planned to use on Rebekah, but instead..." Elena trailed off looking towards the emotionless vampire.

"We drove it through his heart." The younger Salvatore finished.

"Or better yet, the one with magic immobilized him then shoved the dagger in his chest." Coda piped up, eyes darting between the three idiots in front of him.

The trio exchanged a look before nodding.

"Great." The siphoner drawled out, seating himself on the armrest of Damon's chair.

"And what happens when he asks to see Mikael's body?" Elena asks to which Damon nods.

"Good point! You my brother have been compelled to do what Klaus says. So, the idea is to lure him back here and kill him." Damon reminded his younger brother, "The last thing we need is you getting tripped up and tongue-tied."

Stefan sighs, noticing the looks he was getting from his ex and brother, "Well, don't look at me. I am just in charge of getting him back here."

Coda switched off his phone, ignoring the text that had popped up from his older sister.

"Klaus is smart. If we tell him that Mikael is dead, he'll want proof." Elena mentions, shuffling slightly on her feet.

"I don't mind killing him," Coda says, a grin tugging at his lips as he watched Mikael glare in his direction. "Absolute dickhead."
