I woke up at 8:30 great I've missed the bus by almost an hour, both my parents went in to work and by the time I walk to school it will be lunch. guess who's calling in sick this girl I got dressed anyway so at least it would look like I had been at school when my parents got home, you know it kind of sucks that I can't go in today. for 2 reasons one there was a new kid coming in today and I was kind of excited to meet them two we where going to start on our art project today. just as I was about to call the school there was a knock on the door. When I opened it there was a worried Braden on the other side. "Hey y/n you forgot ur camera in my car when I drove u home last night, here." he said smiling as he handed me my camera. "thank umm can I ask u something can you umm drive me to school I missed my bus." I said rather quickly "yeah of course I'm going that way anyway." Braden responded. thank god. As we drove to school me sang along to what ever came on the radio, soon though there was a hole bunch of songs we didn't know that came on, so we put in Braden's asking Alexandria cd and sang along to that like a pair of idiots. when we got to the school Braden got out a no opened my door for me then a hug before leaving. I waked in to my art class just as the bell rang and as always there was a hole bunch of useless. (well unless to me anyway.) announcements then the art teacher walked in with someone who I thought I recognized " Everyone this so Ricky kingdom I expect that you'll all be vary kind and helpful." Ricky walked over towered an empty spot just before he was to far away for me to recognize his face stopped for a minute and that was all that I needed. I knew Ricky we had been best friends in the 9th grade but then he moved away and we lost touch I guess he must have moved again because here he was in my art class. I got up and walked over to him, " hey there rummy." I said quietly so only
He could hear me at the sound of his old nick name his head snapped up and he looked at me for a second I though he was going to kill me then he laughed and smiled a bit."hey peanut." he said. God it been so long since someone had called me that. "there's an empty seat beside me if u want it." I said he nodded and we walked over to my table for most of the class we just talked about what has been going on pretending to do work when ever the teacher looked over we had all the same classes and friends. (witch consisted of him for me and me for him.) at lunch we went to tims witch he payed for, we where sitting down and just finished a talking about who had the better butt Andy or Chris we had decided on Chris. when he suddenly looked really serious his dark brown eye raised to mine." I have something I need to tell u promise u won't be upset or disappointed... but umm I'm gay." he said and he looked out the window. I reached across the table and hugged him. "I'm so proud of." I whispered into his ear he was so happy that I wasn't a total ass about it and telling him that he would go to hell and stuff.(witch apparently is what his mom and dad had done at first.) I thought it was amazing that he was gay but then again I always thought that he might be so it wasn't a really big surprise to me.
After that everything was pretty normal I was asking home like I always do. (it dose take along time to walk home but I enjoy the walk with some peace and quite after school waking up early to walk to school not so much.) I was about 5 minutes from the school when rummy ran up beside me."Looks like we'll be spending some more time together." he said as he started to walk in time with me "yeah i guess." I said smiling at him we walked in silence go a wile then we just talked about random stuff until we got to my place."well looks like this is my stop, it was nice seeing u rummy." I said as I stated to turn toward my house." that convenient I live just up there." he said pointing at the farm house just a little farther a head." well it looks like we'll be seeing a lot more of each other then." I said. he hugged me and inti walked in to my house
