Cosmic Plumes

All the lines I drew were dark
Dull yet contained a spark
of light but once I've never seen
the shadow I have always been

Clear as water, deep as the abyss
at once a twilight and a bliss
It's in the horizon, the lines where they meet
two swans, two sides with eyes they greet.

No more will light extinguish or dark conceal
in perfect harmony, the symphony reveal
the cosmic union of the dynamic two
the perfect blend and dream come true

Gone were the nights I used to cry
Gone were the phantoms I want to die
along with the Wednesdays we used to talk
Gone were you alone I walk

The cost was high, the prize was great
now I have freedom, I don't have to wait
or hope for another dandelion friend
so in this poem I shall end.

Goodbye.
