A green clawed hand reaches up from the edge and grabs the wood, pulling its owner up the eye level with our feet. The Zombytronics gross, eyeless sockets turn upon me and my friends. Its face contorts and forms a sickening ugly smile. It looks down and to the side. "Oh Your Majesty.." Grumbles the little minion.
"What is it, Rozill?" Demands the tempered royal below us. My blood and brelta mixes and runs cold in my freezing veins. "I found the rebels those two spies were going on about- trying to summon some..- Void..- monster-.. beast- thing." Rozill motions with its hands in the air trying to explain. I bite my lip.
We're screwed.
I stare, frowning at the wood floor ahead of me near the ledge.
This is it. We're gonna die. We are Going to die. We're so dead..
I glance around at my friends. Boxtrip, whatshisname.
He's dead..
Circuit Zaaire.
He's dead..
Stygian Von Buton.
She's dead..
My legs pulled up to my chest tense.
I'm dead..
I suck in a shaky breath, and look up at the Zombytronic before us. It climbs up to the ledge completely and kneels in front of us.
It shoves Stygian so hard aside that she almost falls off the side edge to my left. Rozill grabs me by the collar and immediately I punch at its chest and kick at its groin; flailing about, trying to break loose. Circuit and Boxtrip jump to their feet and punch and kick the Zombytronic too. The royal must have heard the fighting from the ground, because suddenly she is standing in front of us..
