Season 1 Finale || 7 | Among Wolves

Stygian and I held hands, protecting Sainkra as our little team was seemingly transported. Dark mist that I hadn't noticed before around us lifted, and we were in another place in Oridicon. This was less like a forest and more like the outskirts of a city.
Circuit growled, drawing my attention. He stood next to Demon, tied up. Myschief looked split down the middle, like she was two different people. Her whole right side looked like Sapphire's ghost form, Dark.- but only half. She had her wings and horns still, giving Dark an evil look.
She had her chaos magic phasing around her hands.
"What-..what's going on?" I asked.
I looked around this new area. Instead of Ordicones, there were more shadow wolves- Shweeps?- standing around or walking past. Circuit's fox ears were lowered. I frowned, noticing that he was glitching, his colors briefly switching from purple to dark blue. Sainkra and Stygian shifted in place behind me. Demon grinned. "You five are on the dark side of Ordicon- referred to as the Shadows." One of the Shweeps next to us spoke. "Foxy here, knows this place very well," She turned to Circuit. "Don't you?" She said in a degrading, taunting voice. Circuit pulled against his restraints, as she scraped her claw against his cheek. Myschief frowned. "Leave him alone!" She said angrily. She wasn't restrained, as far as I could see, but she didn't move as if she was free. The female Shweep grinned and stepped towards the Chaotic Being, but Demon held their hand out in front of her. "She's not worth it, Echibaara." Demon said. Echibaara scoffed. "Fiien!" Fine, She slurred.

The Shweep on Demon's left side frowned. "What have we said about using New Nightian?"

I frowned. What?

Demon rolled their eyes. "Oh give it up, Ottix. No one gives a shit. Nightian is Nightian. Leave Echi alone."

I glanced at Circuit, when Sainkra cleared her throat. "It's the version of Nightian that Cordinia uses."

I turned to her. "But- I thought no one uses Old Nightian any more?" I said. She shook her head. "The rest of Lotiis uses Old Nightian more."

Demon sighed and I heard a snap. A second later, they formed in front of me. I jumped back. "Holy shit!" I shouted. They grinned at me and leaned close and I leaned back, frowning, feeling uncomfortable. "Hello, Pepper-Riia." They said. My eyes widened. No one said my name..right?

"How do you-?" I began. They grabbed my arm and stepped closer. I glanced them up and down, feeling mixed emotions, a slight blush flickered across my face. "I know much more than you think, little Tresk." They grinned. I pulled my arm, and they let me go. I stepped back, holding a hand in front of Stygian. Demon laughed, leaning back. "Oh, you Cordinians are fun to mess with." They jolted back, and transformed into a Lotii I've never seen. They were neither male nor female, just as their original voice. They grinned and ran their claws through my white curls, and Echibaara cleared her throat. "Denamont." She said, almost sounding annoyed. Demon transformed back to their shadow wolf form. Ottix smashed his hand into his fist. "Yea, you're getting distracted." He gestured towards Circuit, who was now on his knees, staring at the ground.

Demon raised a brow and smirked, stepping towards him. "Well what do we have here?" I don't know why I didn't move; but I didn't. Niether did any of my other friends. We just watched. Circuit frowned, his eyes glowing white and black. "Come on, Foxy. I know you're still in there." Demon said. Myschief gasped, as he glitched more severely. She reached out at him. "No!" She screamed. I reached towards her. "Myschief, what's happening?" I shouted. She looked at us with tears in her eyes. "H- He-.. Noir is too unstable! This place is doing something to him!" She said, panicked.

I frowned, and glanced at Stygian. Her face was just as confused. Sainkra's expression was horrified. "No.." She whispered. Circuit growled, and ripped his restraints, standing up. He looked at us sidelong, and held his hand up at me. "You guys need to get to safety." He said. A portal was shoved upon me and the other two. I looked up, to find the side way that we were standing on a few minutes ago.
