At lunch time, I meet up with Levy. She's standing under a tree, holding a paper bag. She waves me over when she spots me.
"Hey Lu-chan!" I smile and jog over to her. "Aren't we going out for lunch?" I point to her bag.
"Oh, right. This is just a snack for later today. Don't tell me you forgot... ?"
"Uh oh, what did I forget?" I glup, feeling guilty already.
"Oh Lu- chan, don't worry about it. I'm just supposed to stay after school today with the rest of the student council. I just thought you would remember because I told you you should join." Levy leads me to the front gates of the campus, where Lisanna is waiting.
"There you guys are! I was waiting forever." She pushes her white locks behind her ear.
"Why weren't you waiting with Levy- chan?" I ask.
" ... " Lisanna blushes.
"She was waiting to see if she could spot him!" Levy burst out.
"Waiting to see who?" I ask. Lisanna blushes even harder, and hides her face.
"Not... him? I hope you're not looking for him anymore." Levy narrows her eyes. "You know he's not... He doesn't... "
"Levy! How about we not talk about this!" Lisanna interrupts. "Let's just... go to Love and Lucky. Okay? No more questions." I sigh, because now even more unanswered questions keep popping up into my head. I guess I'll text Levy later.
