The kiss was magical. We made out for about 2 minutes and then it started getting chilly so she took out a purple sweatshirt and slid it on. I already had a blue hoodie on so I was fine. After she put it on, we both wanted more. We wanted something we have been waiting for for a long time. We made out some more and then we sprinted back to our little neighborhood. Her parents work late so we went right to her house.
I quickly unizipped my jacket and threw it onto her livingroom couch. She sat down on the couch and I sat down on a purple zebra print large bean bag.
Erik: So, what happens now?
Rebecca: I'm not going to tell you. Figure it out yourself.
Erik: What's that supposed to mean?
Rebecca: Firgure it out.
I sighed and then laughed a little. It took such a long time for something that was so simple. But it was the best thing that has ever happened to me. Other than meeting her in the first place. I got up and sat next to her because the bean bag was too uncomfortable. She scooted closer to me and leaned her head on my shoulder.
Rebecca: I've been waiting for this. It's about time.
Erik: Rebecca... I love you.
Three words. Very simple words. Words you could say in one second and it wouldn't matter but to me it did.
Rebecca: I love you too.
And there it was. But there was only one thing to ask. What happens now? I don't understand how this happens. Just awkwardly ask if it's official? Just assume? Just never speak again? I don't know. All I know is that I'm happy.
