open when the stars shine from his eyes
i looked at him
and i could only describe it as magic
he smiled and my lungs sighed
when he touched me my body screamed in happiness
i couldn't stop laughing
him and his loud laugh
him and his constellations
me and my purple mist
were never a match
i his hand and wrapped it around my side
i wanted and in a way hoped for the fear to come
it didn't
and when i woke up in the morning
i turned to face your sleepily
and i loved you even more
not less in the daylight
i've never been able to say this
you make the fear go away
i'll cry everyday
out of joy
for the rest of my life
i'm only meant for you
they were significant to me
but in flowed misty eyes
in struck violet blows
in waves came the anxiety
and you
your brown eyes
and running back hands
your drumming fingers
and fluffy words
you gave me one squeeze
and it dissipated
it was silly to even begin with
