Interesting Things

Chapter 12:

-Ricks POV-

She wants to kill us. I know she does.

I walked into the room that Maggie and Alyssa have been staying in.

They have done good for themselves, but I wonder if they were scared as hell with this crazy guy wondering around.

"It's strange how long this place has been closed and there's still this survivor alive." Alyssa said.

Joe looked up from whatever he was doing.

"Well if you actually think about it he could be a somebody who eat others.

Have you ever notice that there was all this blood and no body's?"

"Joe has a point. There aren't any body's and there's so much blood, but this place has been closed for over 20 years so that would mean he would eat old rotten bodies." Mark said.

"Well maybe he's one of those gross people that would do it no matter what the condition the bodies are in." Alyssa said.

"Sounds gross." Andy said.

"Not really." Maggie said.

"How is it not gross?" Alyssa said turning towards Maggie.

"It just doesn't seem like something that would be gross to somebody who is fucked up."

"You have a point and I don't really find it gross much either." Joe said.

"You agree with me and you don't find that gross at all?" Maggie said looking him straight in the eyes.

"Not really." Joe said looking down.

"Joe not gross out by this? That's a first."

"Yeah, I mean we can all agree that with having a fucked up mind somebody is bound to eat other human bodies, even of they are over 20 years old." Mark said.

"But we are talking about a man who's a psychopath." Maggie said walking towards Joe.

"Does Maggie like Joe?!"

I hit Andy on his hand and pointed to Joe and Maggie.

He looked at me and mouthed

"Holy shit."

I nodded my head.

Joe hasn't even noticed that Maggie is right next to him, he's too busy looking down at this paper he had in his hand.

I tired to get his attention but he wasn't paying attention. Alyssa noticed me instead.

"What are you doing?" She said in a whisper.

"I'm trying to get Joes attention but not have him freak out that Maggie is coming by him." I whispered back.

"Has he never talked to a girl before?"

"Well somewhat. He has always been an awkward person when it comes to talking to girls."

I heard a laugh and looked up on talking to Alyssa.

Joe and Maggie were laughing.

"Seems to me that Joe really isn't an awkward person at all." Alyssa said laughing a little bit.

"Has he always been awkward around girls or was he just playing it this whole time?"

I'm sorry I haven't updated in a while, my phone deleted this chapter and after that I was forget this, but it turned out that it was still there and I have been somewhat busy so here's a weird chapter that sucks.
