Chapter 1: -Ricks POV-
Driving in the dark with three other guys to a creepy old Asylum wasn't a good idea. It was raining, hard, and there was lighting flashing everywhere and it made the Asylum look even creepier. Joe, Mark, Andy, and I, Rick, been best friends for about five years now and we wanted to go to this Asylum and check it out.
The Asylum was basically in the middle of nowhere and about a good hour and a half away from our homes. We had heard other people talk about this place like there still lives these mental people that went crazy and killed the workers and the other patients. I wanted to find out more about the place so I stayed up for about five days researching about this place. I got my friends and I told them everything about it and they got really interested in it, and for a bunch of seventeen year olds that sounded like a blast.
Getting out of the car, I had this feeling that someone was watching us. I looked around everywhere, but couldn't see anything from the rain.
"Man this place looks really creepy, and I feel like someone is in there."
The guys then piled out of the van to see the Asylum. Joe, Andy, Mark and I started to walk, when a huge crash of thunder hit, we had jumped because none of us had expected that to happen at the moment.
"Mark get ready to roll the camera." Andy said.
Mark gave him a thumbs up. He pushed the button to turn the camera on. The light turned green telling us the camera was rolling.
"Rick Salamander-man here with Andy Train, Joe Bobway, and Mark Doorson and we are at this old creepy Asylum." I said.
"The stories everyone had told or read about got us excited so we decided that we should come and see what all the fuse was about." Andy said walking towards the front door of the Asylum.
"SQUEEEEAK!" Every time we walked on the steps it squeaked really loud.
We walked up to the door to open it. Locked.
"Ok well we need to find another way in, the doors are locked." I said.
We looked and looked, but we didn't succeed until ten minutes when we saw an open window by planks.
"It's not that high, I think we can make it, if we jump." Andy said.
We had no choice, it was the only way into the place so jumped up and made it into the window.
"THUMP!"
"What was that?" I asked.
We turned around to see Joe had fallen into a hole in the floor. We all laughed about it even Joe did. We helped him out of the hole. He seemed to be pretty good still.
"Well we should look around for stuff because I do believe we are in a patients room." I said.
We looked for a couple of minutes and we found some photos.
"Guys look at this." Mark said picking up the photos. "I found some pictures."
We walked over by him and Andy grabbed the camera so Mark could look at the pictures.
The pictures were old, but we could see the people on there clearly. There was a man about thirty years old with a women almost in her thirties, they had two kids one a boy and girl they looked like they could be high schoolers.
"CREEEEAK!"
We all jumped in the air because no one had moved out of the time when we were looking at the pictures in the same spot for five minutes.
"So what on earth was it?" I said in my head.
Then we heard scratches on the wall.
