Oh No

Chapter 5:

-Ricks POV-

I couldn't move. My legs felt like they were paralyzed.

"Rick." Mark whispered. "what are we going to do?"

I couldn't even talk I was so stunted by the shadow.

"Rick!" Mark whispered a little louder.

I still couldn't talk.

Finally after ten minutes of just being frozen up by the shadow, the shadow had disappeared.

"Rick?" Andy said walking up tapping my shoulder.

I freaked out pretty badly, again. I was so out of it, I didn't think anything was real.

"Are you ok Rick?" Mark said. "You dont look too good."

"Yeah im fine, dont worry." I was lying I wasnt fine, but i didn't want the guys to know I wasn't really fine.

"Well should we keep moving?" Joe asked.

We agreed and went on walking again to find the power source.

"What the actual fuck? The shadow spoke to me it was screaming. 'GET OUT OF HERE! HE'LL FIND! HE'S GOING TO KILL YOU IF YOU DONT GO!' What does that even mean? He'll find us and going to kill us? Who is going to kill us, Ray? Was that the guy we heard on the tape? Larry? Or was it someone else? I'm not sure with anything right now all I know is I can't tell the guys this because they'll think I'm crazy. I don't know what I'm going to do."

"Rick?" Joe whispered and running up to me.

"What?" I said.

"I know your not ok. I can see it in your eyes. What's really wrong?"

"It's just." I whispered looking back to see if Andy and Mark near by. Luckily they weren't. "It's just the shadow we saw spokes to me."

"It talked to you?" he looked at my strangely.

"It said 'GET OUT OF HERE! HE'LL FIND! HE'S GOING TO KILL YOU IF YOU DONT GO!'" I whispered the last part so Mark and Andy wouldn't here me.

"It's said that? Who is he? And what does that mean?" He said looking at the ground now.

"I'm not sure I think 'he' is Ray and I'm not sure what that person meant he's going to find us and kill us." I looked down at Joe.

I've always been taller then him. He's been short ever since we met in pre-k.

Joe looked up. His face was pale.

"Rick." he started "I have to tell you something."

"What is it?"

He didn't answer me he just looked back.

"SHIT!" Joe screamed.

"What?" I turned around and I knew what he meant.

Andy and Mark disappeared.
