Chubbs

I ain't never seen this nigga act this way. It's been a day and he still hasn't been able to get ahold of "his girl". My opinion? Ain't no way she was his girl due to the mere fact that he wasn't acting like her man. I told his ass he couldn't handle this situation. Two women? He cant get ahold of the one he say he want and the other been blowing up both his and my phone. I was thrilled when Charlie ass got back on the plane. Good fuckin' riddance. I still hate her ass.

"I dont get it! She just gonna run off with that nigga? Fo real?! Like me and her and got shit goin? She fuckin fo real right now?!"

AG been ranting for the past thirty minutes, pacing back and forth in the kitchen, talking to himself mostly.

"She really 'bout to choose this nigga over me?!

I just interject every now and again.

"Nah man! AG he cant fuck witchu status wise and shit thats like every girls fantasy."

Then I go back to eating my chicken wings. Lemon Pepper.

"That's the fuckin' problem Chubbs! She dont care 'bout that shit. Fuck man! I really let wifey go. I knew I was treating her like shit but I-"

"Yeah you was." I cut him off. Damn these wings is good.

He stopped in his tracks and threw me a look.

"What nigga?! Who lookin' at like that? You was." I shot the look picking food from my teeth with a toothpick.

"Man..." he shook his head.

"So whatchu gonna do?"

"I gotta find out what she stayin at man, I gotta talk to her." He ran a hand over the top of his head, "talk to her face to face".

"Nigga! ...you expect to talk face to face with her and that other nigga is present?! You out cho damn mind! Y'all be two fightin' muthafucka's. I dun pulled apart one too many people. I met my fuckin' quota!"

I got up and disposed of my trash and proceeded to walk out the room leaving AG to this thoughts.

Aris

I knocked on the door several times to the master bedroom.

"Who is it?"

"Me." Aubrey answered the door in nothing but gray sweats and custom sneakers, he was in the process of dressing himself still. Oh damn Lia, I get why you was dealing with the bullshit.

"Hey, y'all got a flight for me? I already got my things packed."

"Yeah, it leaves later today, I gotta talk to you though, 'bout Lia."

"Uhm, okay." He left me standing at the door and walked further into the room sitting on the bed throwing on a matching gray shirt. I chose a chair in the sitting area located a few feet from the bed.

"Have you heard from her?" He asked desperately.

"Yes, I have."

"And?"

I shrugged my shoulders, "she asked me to pack her belongings and take them back to Detroit."

"That's it?" His brows furrowed.

"No... she..."

"She what Aris?" His body leaned forward anticipating my answer.

"She said she going to move out of her apartment and move in-"

"NOT WITH THAT NIGGA...RIGHT?" He exploded.

"She said just until she can afford one in her price range!"

"NO FUCK THAT!" He got off the bed and grabbed his phone and stepped into what I believed to be his closet. He was going off on someone but I couldn't make out his words. He was yelling and speaking so fast the words jumbled together. I thought it was a good time to gather Aurelia's things. I grabbed her suitcase from the corner of the room and started to pack things I was certain were hers.

"Aris where she...Nah what the fuck you doin?!" Aubrey rushed over grabbing things from my hands and tossing them elsewhere in the room.

"Aubrey! Stop!" I said pushing at him.

"Nah! If she want her shit, she can come get it her damn self!

"Aubrey-"

"Take your fuckin phone out and tell her!"

He was adamant. I pulled my phone from the back pocket of my jeans and sent the text. It chimed immediately after.

Lia: fuck..whatever. I just wanna be done with him for good. Eric is coming with me.

"What she say?" He glared at me breathing heavily, his nostrils expanding.

"She said she'll come."

He relaxed a bit, nodding his head. I reached to pick up things he tossed from the suitcase and he stopped me again by gently placing a hand on my wrist, halting my actions.

"Please don't pack her things."

I nodded in understanding.

"I'm gonna go back to my room then."

"Okay."

I headed towards the door but stopped midway refusing to turn and face him. "just so you know...Eric will be with her." I spoke lowly.

He was quiet for a time.

"I'm prepared for that nigga."
