Moments later we heard the door shut and Addison laugh.

He later came into the room, and I was half asleep.

He got into bed with me and soon I turned into the little spoon.

Just then we heard something both of us wish we hadn't heard.

The next morning I woke up to nobody next to me. The blinds were open, and the dogs were barking.

I went downstairs to Jaden cooking breakfast for the very first time.

Jaden: I made breakfast real quick. I have to go to work and then we are all getting ready for the ball somewhere else.

After I finished eating dinner I went up to his room.

He then went to go get his dress shoes

My happy face soon turned into sadness
Jaden: don't be sad Maddie

He gave me a kiss, and then I heard the door close.
