Ophet
"Relax, we aren't going to hurt you, kid." I murmur as he eyes us approaching him. I settle in a chair by the bed, the rest of the team pulling out notebooks and clipboards.
"Can you speak?" He just stares at me, his eyes flickering. I smile at him, admiring his eyes. One is red, while the other is a light gray, nearly white color.
His mangled hair is a mixture of black and white to show off the colors of his skunk, and it is long. It reaches down to his butt, and I know we're gonna have to give him a haircut soon.
His skin is an almond tone, but is heavily decorated with scars and scrapes all over.
"My name is Ophet. I know, weird name, right?" I decide to introduce, keeping my smile. He just stares, his breathing panicked, with a few hiccups between every other breath.
He shifts again, trying to get his body to listen to him.
My guess is that he hasn't been in his human form for years, since it's taking so long for him to get the feel of his body again.
"We just want to help you. That's all. Aren't you tired of living as a rogue?" I ask him and his eyes narrow.
He pulls back his lips and bares his teeth, and I blink. "Ha! I told you he's gonna be a feisty one." Dr. Fretta teases from the opposite side of the room, actually messing with the IV in the kid's arms.
His head snaps to hers, and he freaks out at the close proximity.
"Doc. Step back." Dexer growls as the kid eyes her murderously. "Easy. I'm just checking him." She murmurs, distracted.
The kid keeps his eyes on her, and he bares his teeth again, with a small growl.
She snaps to look at him, and sheepishly backs up, finally understanding what's going on. "My bad, sweetheart." She apologizes, before walking away.
He turns his attention back to me, and I smile.
Ryker
What the hell are these people thinking? How did they get me in my human form? What do they want with me? Why are there so many of them? Why am I here? Why can't people just leave me in peace?
I'm hungry. I'm tired. I'm sore. And now, I'm pissed off.
I hiss as a man walks up to settle in a chair besides the first guy, who called himself Ophet or something like that.
"Now, now, are we even touching you?" The new man grumbles, and I growl, tugging lightly at the restraints. The new guy rolls his eyes as he leans forward.
