So basically it is story about a bubbly, immature and impulsive girl shehnaaz kaur gill of 27 years.

But then when she was in college she was able to see spirits and hear them which made her scared but then she got to know about Mrs windu, she asked her about all this and then she got to know that her third eye had got opened. Third eye is a spiritual awakening which helps a person to see, contact, or hear the people of the other world, and because of her Third Eye she got to learn psychometry, psychometry is the ability to discover the story behind the object even by touching that inanimate object.

She lost her parents because of an tragic event, in which a vengeful spirit, who takes a revenge had killed her parents because of her cousin deeds. Shehnaaz had solved many cases with her ability of psychometry.

She lives with her guru name Mrs windu. She was the one who helped shehnaaz and showed her the right path, Mrs. Windu is really good at psychometry, she had solved many cases with the help of it infact she had solved shehnaaz parent's case and helped them to get justice.
