The Páez surname was well known in the Mexican political world given the fact that in his time, Fernando Páez played an important role for the government.
In a matter of months the Arellanos felt themselves hitting rock bottom but Ramon had the perfect idea ... he convinced Arturo to take on the role his father once had, that would create a secure bond between the Tijuana Cartel and the Mexican government, a bond very much needed.

What did he mean by that? If Arturo wanted to get some recognition and get his name out in public he'd need controversy of some kind to get attention and it so happened that his controversy material was standing a couple feet away.

Whatever fake life she was selling ... the people were buying.
