A housemaid came to answer the door letting Ramon into Romeo's home ...
"Y Romeo?" (Romeo home?)
The housemaid pointed toward the back of the home meaning Romeo was probably out by the pool.
Ramon's footsteps echoed through the home as he approached the back door then slid it open to the side noticing his friend a couple feet away, he stepped out only to realize he wasn't alone — two blonde females swam in the ground pool
Romeo casually turned around noticing Ramon standing by the door with hands on his hips "Ey! Cabron! Que hay mi rey ..." (Hey! What's up ...) he took a drag from the blunt in his hand "quieres uno?" (Want one?)
Ramon approached his friend while slowly shaking his head "Ahorita No ... Que celebras o que?" (Not right now ... you celebrating something?)
"La soltería wey, Que otra razón quieres para celebrar?" (Being single dude, what other reason do I need?) Romeo jokingly commented while letting out a laugh and gesturing for one of the girls to come over "Ven cariño, te voy a presentar un amigo" (Come here, let me introduce you to a friend)
Ramon glanced at the girl then turned to Romeo again "Y Frida? No la veo" (Where's Frida? I don't see her around)
"Frida anda de viaje" (She's out on a trip)
"De viaje en Mexico? O se devolvió pa' nueva york?" (On a trip? Here in Mexico? Or is she back in New York?)
"Acá en Mexico, fue a visitar a una amiga" (Here in Mexico, she's out visiting a friend) Romeo nonchalantly responded before wrapping an arm around the girl standing next to him and sipping from the drink in his hand
Ramon lightly furrowed his brows together at Romeo's words ... Frida traveling in Mexico? Didn't sound like her ... unless, unless she was out to visit Rosario and that meant she knew where she was.
Ramon felt as if he was over the entire Rosario situation, he'd come to the conclusion there was no future for them though why couldn't he just avoid thinking about her all together.
