THERE ARE FRENCH PARTS IN THE BOOK, THEY ARENT VERY SIGNIFICANT, BUT HERE IS THE BASIC TRANSLATION IF YOU WANT.
The French parts aren't very important, but the girl says she is looking for her parents, and then emily ask her name, and then says she speaks a little french.
On the phone the girl says yes a lot and also mentions the name of the hotel "le garland." Says sorry, and then says bye.

Emily sat in her secret room in her house for a while. Mourning over the death of her mother. Their house was so beautiful and she explored more. Later Harry came back sweaty and disgusting and she rented a hotel room for them both, keeping her unspoken promise to her mom to keep their sacred place.
Harry asked no questions as Emily exited the house and they waved for a cab to a hotel.
"Sir can you turn left here?" Harry asked the cab driver.
The driver nodded and Emily shot him a curious glance.
"Where are you taking us, I though we were going to the hotel?" She asked
"We're making a pit stop." He smiled back.
Em gave him one more curious look before turning back towards the window. The sun was setting and Em watched as the cab took another turn and the horizon line came into full view with purples and pinks clouding the sky.
"Oh my...wow." Em whispered in awe.
Harry lightly shook her out of her awestruck state and grabbed her hand pulling her out of the cab after paying the driver.
"Merci!" Harry said waving a bye to the driver.
He then grabbed Emily's hand and lead her to the most popular tourist sight of all Europe; the Eiffel Tower.
"Wow. Harry, you are amazing......this is amazing....so amazing...thank you this is beautiful...I can't believe you...."
"Shh Princess. I know, your stumbling on your words." Harry said chuckling and looking up at the looming tower above their heads.
Then they began to make their way up..........
"Look at this! This is amazing!....HARRY COME!" Emily shouted.
"Chill.....my lungs......need air.....oxygen good..for breathing..." He said panting on his knees after her.
They had reached the top and although Emily thought the view was amazing from the bottom, the top was even more magical. She clung to Harry as he regained his evenly breathing and sighed in contentment. There were no words needing to be exchanged. They were just a boy and a girl surrounded by a sunset, a tower, and a city they had yet to discover.
The moment was quickly ruined.
"HARRY STYLES!" Some girls shrieked from the top. Everyone turned to look at Emily and Harry. They crowded them immediately and the swarm began asking for signatures and why he was there and for pictures. Emily smiled kindly and watched.
Fame could come at any time and could sometimes be disruptive, but it was also beautiful and inspirational to see so many people looking up to you...or in this case Harry.
A little girl tugged on Em's jeans, whisking her from her thoughts. "Je cherche mon père et ma mère." She said as tears stained her cheeks.
Emily quickly picked her up and positioned her on her lap. She spoke very little french but she understood the girl was alone. She tried to remember all she could from the few french classes she had attended.
"Tu as quel âge?" Emily asked
"J'ai 9 ans." The girl answered.
"Um...Comment tu t'appelle?" She asked awkwardly.
"Adelaide, et toi?"
"Emily. Je parle un peut français."
"Américain?"
"Oui." Em answered.
"My parents I don't find ." The girl said awkwardly.
Emily nodded looking for a couple but found none. She was soon met with a eager Harry who was hoarding off the swarming mass of teenage girls. He grabbed her wrist as he hauled her and him down the stairs and were lost in the crowd.
Emily became nervous as they kept walking down the flights of steps with Adelaide tightly squished against her waist.
"Harry!" She shouted over the cacophonous sounds of shouts and numerous voices.
"What?" He yelled back?
"I have a little girl with me. She's lost her parents!"
"Take her with us." He grunted.
"No. That's like kidnapping." She said as they kept stomping down the flights of stairs.
"We will have her call her family once we get to the hotel!" He said yanking her hard against the crowds of people.
They continued the rest of they way down silent. Even in the state of everything around them being obnoxiously loud. The silence was deafening between the too.
They soon reached the hotel where they checked into the room and rushed to the phone. Adelaide grabbed it and dialed a series of numbers.
"Mademoiselle?.......Oui. Le Garland.........Oui. Désole. Oui ça va.......oui........oui........euh, oui. Bon. Au revoir."
Adelaide hung up and pointed towards Emily's Iphone. Then motioned for her to give it to her. Emily handed it to the little girl letting the big phone rest in the girls two tiny hands. Adelaide cradled it carefully.
She fumbled with it for a few minutes then shoved it back into Emily's palms. On it the screen was open to a Google translator.
It read:
'My orphan mom told me to tell you guys to drop me off tomorrow. I am not her preferred child. I lied about search for my parents, them is dead.
I want new parents. I'm sorry. I know I lying is not good.'
Emily looked up at the girl, emotions evidently swirling through her face mirroring her own.
Instead of typing back she attempted to speak back. "You can stay of course you can stay," Emily's hands raising to cup the girls cheeks "You are a wonderful girl and you are beautiful.Tu as belle."
{TU AS BELLE=YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL}
Adelaide wrapped her arms around Emily seeming to understand. She was happy to feel loved for once and hoped the night would last forever.
Just then Harry reentered the hotel room pushing a cart that carried tons of ice cream with a small side of pizza. Harry presented it to the girls bowing. "Your food mesdemoiselles!"
Adelaide giggled and Emily laughed as they dug into their food.
Soon after they finished they played a charades game with the help of google translate and watched a movie in french with english subtitles. It was the classic movie Annie.
As the credits began rolling Harry looked over and noticed that both girls were asleep. He carefully rose from his spot on the floor and bent down to carry Adelaide from her spot on the floor to the bed. She shifted into his arms willingly while continuing to drift off into sleep. He silently plopped her onto the bed and repeated the same actions with Emily. Once he tucked them both in and kissed their foreheads he climbed into the other twin bed, turning the tv and lights off on his way there. Then he too drifted off to sleep.
