        Today is Hearts Day. It's like Valentines Day in Provence. Girls give homemade sweets and Boys give bought/made gifts. Gifts or sweets can be given to their special someone or their friends.Both Singles and Couples enjoy this day, no room for loneliness.

Parfait: this is better than Doll House, the owner is kind
Apricot: the owner is your god-mother and she's happy to see you again ... there she is
Cafe owner: Parfait, welcome back (hugs Par)

        Hero and Emmanuel are hanging-out inside the cafe, while the girls sit on the outside of the cafe

Emmanuel: the interior design is very nice
Hero: Of course! every cafe here in Provence are attractive, both interior and exterior ... Speaking of attractive ... for you, who is attractive among them? (points Vallerine,Sara and the maids)

        They cheer and hug each other. Vallerine,Sara, Lun,Muffin,Pearl, Hero and Apricot are surprised. After that, Parfait rush towards the other ladies to spread the word

Hero: Princess Vallerine Souffle-Meringue ... sounds nice! I think
Emmanuel: Ya! who's yours?
Hero (whispers): Parfait!
Emmnauel (stands up): Par?! 

        The other customers are shocked

Apricot: what's with Parfait?
Emmanuel: nothing, nothing, I'm shocked...

Emmanuel (sits down): that's nice! You still like her even you split?
Hero: I still love her ... 
Emmanuel: Parfait Neapolitan-Mille-feuille ... she has indeed a very nice name, you marry her in order to have that
