Fairy Tail Gratsu "Everyone loves Natsu" (Finished!)

Chapter 5

They had just finished the dishes and Natsu was about to go to his room when Gray suddenly grabbed his wrist. "...Natsu, I..." "Yes?" But Gray didn't continue his sentence, but slowly walked towards the fire mage. At one point they were so close that they could feel each other's breath. Gray went the last few inches and kissed Natsu... Unlike Levy, he wasn't pushed away by the Dragonslayer because this kiss was different. It felt real and not forced by magic. As if he really was created by love. Because of this Natsu returned the kiss to his own amazement. He even enjoyed it... Time stood still for the two of them and it could have gone on forever if Gray hadn't felt a hit on the back of his head and immediately broke the kiss. Natsu didn't understand anything anymore until Levy came out from behind the ice mage with a heavy book in her hands. "Are you alright Natsu?", she asked him, but he just stared blankly into the air. The gears in his head didn't stop rattling and you could almost see the smoke coming out of his ears. That's why he didn't noticed how Gray ran out of the kitchen. "Natsu?", Levy asked again. "It's all right", he replied bluntly and also walked out of the kitchen and into the woods to blow off some steam. Levy chose to follow Gray who was sitting on the couch in the living room, in front of the fireplace. "Gray? Is everything ok?"  "No damn, I kissed him!" "Yeah, so did I. It's not your fault, don't worry." "Yeah, sure, but it just doesn't feel like magic! It all feels so real to me!" "I'll do my best to finish it, I promise."  Gray sighed but nodded to his comrade. Because he didn't know what to do, he watched her research.

Meanwhile the situation at Fairy Tail has come to a head. Even though Natsu wasn't there the members started fighting over him without even knowing why. There was even a fight between Lucy and Juvia! However these two had calmed down for a while shortly after.

More and more wizards realized that they too had fallen for the Dragonslayer.

"Freed? I can now understand that you fell in love with Natsu. I think I feel something for him too", Laxus explained while he was sitting at a table with the rest of the Thunder Legion and they were talking. The rune mage spat out his water in shock and  was coughing badly now. It was bad enough for him that he had feelings for Natsu himself, but now Laxus as well?? This was clearly going too far! Now he couldn't sit around lazily and wait for Levy to come up with a solution! He got up instantly wanted to visit the four, but without success since they were not at the home from any of the four. Dejected he returned to the guild to meet Makarov there. "Freed? What's the matter with you?" "Levy has been working on a solution for a week and a half now and just can't make it! I thought I could help her but I just can't find them..." He sighed deeply. "Take this", Makarov said handing him a note. Freed read the address and when he looked up from the paper the guild master was gone. He went to the hut in the forest, knocked, and a confused ice mage opened the door. "Can I come in Gray? I want to speak to Levy." "Yes, but wait a minute", Gray said while picking up a rock from the porch and throwing it at the green-haired man's foot. "AH! Damn shit, Gray!!! What the f*ck?!" "Tell me how you feel about Natsu and I'll explain to you." "I uhm... I would like to rip him into pieces!! He took away my Laxus!! Huh? The feelings for him are gone!" "Yeah, we found out that pain temporarily suppresses the feelings. Actually, I wasn't sure if that works." "You mean I was a test object??" "No, Levy and I have been hurting ourselves for days so we can control our actions." "Wow and I thought I was having a hard time..."

The two went into the hut and Gray led Freed into the living room. "Freed? What are you doing here?", Levy wanted to know when she turned to the two men. "I'm here to help you! Those fake feelings were making trouble for long enough!" Gray nodded in agreement.

At the same moment Natsu came back and overheard the conversation. Though he thought he felt no more than friendship for the Ice Mage, Gray's agreement to what Freed was saying still sent an aching pang in his heart. Dejected he went to his room and lay down on his bed while the other three worked in the living room.

"What else have you been able to find out so far, besides the fact that pain suppresses those feelings?", Freed started the conversation. "Unfortunately not much more than the obvious." "Perhaps it would be useful to know that more and more of the guild are affected. The other day Juvia and Lucy even fought over him." Levy nodded at him and wrote it down. "Interesting. As soon as Gray and I leave the cabin the feelings just melt away. Somehow it seems to be getting worse in the guild", she thought aloud and wrote it down as well.

Freed looked at the notes to get a rough overview:

'- Emotion magic? No. No known wizards.

- Love potion? No, wrong effect. With a potion, feelings would stay always, not just when we are nearby.

- Is Natsu just attractive? (Yess!)

- Have we been cursed by one of our enemies so that we cannot concentrate in battle? => No recent incidents.

- Could Wendy heal us?'

On the next page were possible curses and spells that could have been the trigger for everything. It could have happened accidentally, there is no need for enemies of Fairy Tail to be in the game for that. After that Freed leafed through some of the books that were spread all over the living room, it was already more chaotic in this room than in the guild!
