Fairy Tail Gratsu "Everyone loves Natsu" (Finished!)

Chapter 10

Time passed and while the ice wizzard slept peacefully, the fire mage couldn't sleep at all. He was way too nervous for that. But who wouldn't be nervous if they slept in the same bed with the love of their life and they only wore boxers?! Okay, everyone was used to that from Gray, and yet it drove Natsu crazy! To make matters worse, the dark-haired one moved in his sleep and unconsciously wrapped his arms around his comrade. Actually Natsu assumed that he would never fall asleep again but contrary to his expectations, his lids became more and more heavy until he fell asleep with a smile on his lips. He enjoyed the other's closeness for as long as he could.

From then on it was only a few hours until Gray woke up bathed in sweat. All night he felt like he was falling into a volcano! Yes, that might have been an exaggeration but as an ice wizard he couldn't take the heat that came from the Salamander even less than a normal human. But until he realized why he was actually so warm, it took a few moments for him to really wake up. When he finally realized that he was half lying on his equally undressed comrade he jumped up in panic. Only then did he remembered where he actually wanted to sleep.

Due to Gray's jerky movement Natsu slowly woke up. In order to avoid the possibly embarrassing conversation Gray quickly fled from their room and grabbed his clothes which he fortunately had at least as quickly on as off. "...hmm? 5 more minutes...", the Dragonslayer babbled sleepily and turned on the other side. He noticed that something was missing, Gray wasn't there anymore... That's why he tried to get out of bed and went to Happy. "Happy, have you seen Gray? Where is he going so early? It's only about 7." "I don't know either, maybe he was hungry?", Happy considered while his own stomach was growling. "I think you're the one who's hungry! I could use breakfast too though and since we're allready awake we can go and serve ourselfes at the buffet", Natsu suggested. "Aye!", Happy agreed and together they went into the hall where the food was being served. There was pretty much everything your heart could desire! Natsu even got a burning torch when he asked for it.

Regrettably Gray was actually sitting in this hall and had only just sat down after having picked some food. He was just thinking, poking at his scrambled eggs when the person on his mind caught his eye. He should have expected that the glutton would come here first after getting up. Fearing that the two would sit down with him he got up and decided to eat his breakfast to go. Sadly for him he was spotted by his comrades at that very moment. They waved at him in a good mood and came closer, by which time he had already disappeared. "Why is he always in such a hurry? We're off!", Natsu complained. How was he supposed to get any closer to him when he always disappeared immediately? "We can go look for him! He'll probably be somewhere doing something! And what ever it is, we'll join in!", Happy suggested while grabbing some food. Gray, who had just heard the conversation asked himself why the two wanted to do something with him and about how avoid them the best. He really thought it was best to stay out of Natsu's way until the 'curse' wore off. To do that he needed to know where to hide best, so he unobtrusively followed Natsu and Happy to the reception where a list of all the activities that were offered were hanging. "Wow! I didn't know that you can do soooo much here!", Natsu exclaimed excitedly. "Aye! Me neither! And where do we want to look first?" "Well, we can rule out any activities that require at least two people...", Natsu stated whereupon Gray, who was standing behind a corner and overhearing everything, was impressed. So the Salamander wasn't just a blockheade and was able to think! Who would have thought? "Hmm... We can also rule out the sauna! Even normal weather is too warm for him, so the sauna would probably be the last place he would voluntarily stay!", Happy stated laughing and Natsu nodded in agreement. So the sauna... The ice magician immediately made his way to the said sauna and swapped his few clothes for one of the towels there.

"...I really never would have thought that I would ever go in here... It'll be fine!", he convinced himself and confidently opened the door of the sauna. Immediately the heat hit him and the desire to turn around increased with every second, but he had to get through. Slowly he sat down on a bench and stared at the hot coals on which, to his regret, water was repeatedly poured. It was probably not warm enough for the other guests...

Meanwhile, Happy and Natsu roamed the amusement park or rather they flew over it to get a better overview. There was no sign of Gray, at the zoo neither. The ice magician also wasn't in the swimming pool or in the bar. After there was no trace of the dark-haired man on the sports field either, the two searching people were fed up and decided to do something they wanted to do instead of wasting their time with looking for someone who didn't seem to want to be found at all. Therefore, they first went back to the amusement park and after trying everything they went to the zoo.
