hellooo lovelies!
as many of you know, i've started rewriting my old stories (rip the first versions of sinful and notorious) and though i've spared this one for a while now, i have recently gotten out of my reading funk & read a dark romance and now I am inspired to make this as psychotically obsessive and dramatic as I possibly can (and hopefully with waayyy beter writing, because I wrote this four years ago and I cringe at every single thing about it.)
now Inkitt reached out to me for this story around the same time, so I'll be posting the rewrite on both platforms. as always, i wanted to delete the old version and never look back at it again (yes, it's how i deal with things), but i always like to read old versions of books i like myself, so just in case any of you do & want to (re)read this, i'll be posting the full old version on Inkitt.
so:
- i'll be taking down this version within two days or so, it's fully uploaded on Inkitt
- when i take this down here i'll upload the first chapter of the new version on both here and Inkitt at the same time, the second chapter will already be updated on Inkitt. it will then be updated on Inkitt every Saturday and on here every once in two-three weeks.

- i'll be changing the aesthetics & adding another love interest for more spice (yes, he's going to be bitter, yes, i'm finally doing enemies to lovers, for both of them)
- this will be waaayyy longer than the current 21 chapters and way darker
- helene is going to more manipulative & clever, my girl was too sweet in the old version
i know i've been a bit AWOL on wattpad this year (juggling my fourth year of medicine, thesis, work & social life💔) but i do still adore you all. thank you for reading!! & sorry if this is very last-minute, because i'm a chaos (so i hope it helps that it's still fully available on a different platform.)
