• Vi's point of view •

We quietly went through the open window and jumped down trying not to make a sound. We quietly made our way across and there he was. My eyes widened, he was locked onto a chair, like someone who's done something terribly bad. He shouldn't be there, it should've been me.

I signaled them to follow me and kept low as we made our way towards him. I took the bag off as he spit blood. He wasn't doing well. He was covered in bruises and blood. His right eye was shut closed and was purple and blue mixed together.

He looked up at us.

"Vi" He grunted. I gave him a hug and then let go. "What are you doing here?" He asked me. "We're breaking you out." I smiled trying to keep calm so the others wouldn't start to freak out.

"Mylo."

"On it." He quickly started picking the locks on the chair trying to break him free.

"How..How did you get in?" "There's guards everywhere."

"It was easy. We found an open window and.."

Realization kicked in.

"Oh god..You have to get out." "Now."

"Welcome." A voice echoed throughout. Mylo and Claggor turned around and so did I. Footsteps approached.

"You have my congratulations." Several people walked in behind him, they all had weapons in their hands. "But I'm afraid this will be a very short reunion." There was about 12 of them, they outnumbered us. "Have you heard the rumor?" "Vander the coward fled town with his children." "..and they were never seen again."
He steps echoed throughout as everyone was silent.

Claggor managed to break one of the locks as I tied the metal gloves and secured it as my hands were inside of them. "Claggor, see if you can find another way out of here."

"Okay." His breath was shaky, he began searching for a way out. I began walking but was interrupted by Vander's voice. "You don't have to do this."

I looked at him and his eyes were full of mixed emotions.

"Yes I do."

"Vi!"

•Powder's POV•

Me and Y/N found where they were finally at. I hope we made it in time. I looked at the building, exhaling and began walking towards it. "Powder you don't have to do this." She told me but I was ready, I could finally help them for once. "We can help them, I got this don't worry." We began climbing carefully, I tried not to look down but I knew she wouldn't let me fall if I did.

I just had to be brave. I wanted to become like Vi and I still do. She isn't afraid of anything. I want to become like her when I'm older. I'm going to prove everyone wrong. I am ready for a real job and I'm ready for anything.

•Your Point Of View •

Powder grunted as one of the wooden planks fell.
"Are you alright?" I asked her, looking down at the floor.

"Yup." She continued, she was determined to help them out and I knew she would.

We made it to the top. I pushed Powder up and she stood up giving me a hand. I stood aside her admiring the view. We were high up, and I don't really like being high up due to me being afraid to fall but I'm doing this for Vander.
