ANIMAL CLINIC, BEACON HILLS,
Mia got up from crouching down next to the bath Scott currently lay in and looked over at Isaac who was sat nervously bouncing this leg up and down and he stared down at his lap.
She sighed making her way over to him and taking a seat besides him. "I'm sorry." She spoke her words coming out in a whisper.
Isaac eyed her confused.
"I'm sorry about earlier, I'm not good at well anything. My mind feels like it's split in half, I still feel like I'm that little girl who should be coercing Derek and Peter into having tea parties and playing dress up but I'm not her anymore I'm supposed to be 16 and I don't have any idea how to be that and when I suddenly catch on quickly it's like an out of body experience because I know I haven't learnt it but it's like my body knows what to do. The doctors say it'll take a short while for my mind to mentally catch up with my body but it'll get there and I'm scared because I've missed out on a whole chunk of my life that I can't get back and what if I'm not the same person people expect me to be? And so I'm feeling overwhelmed and everything is just crashing down on me at the moment and I let it out on you, I'm sorry." Mia explained as she tugged on her sleeve not looking at Isaac because she felt ashamed.
Isaac looked down at the girl in pity. He couldn't begin to imagine how hard life must be for her at the moment, suddenly having to grow up especially as a teenager too and that's not even counting all the supernatural stuff going on around them. "It's okay. I was mad too, I think I was upset because it felt like Derek had abandoned me and that brought up feeling of my Dad and I was resenting him for something that wasn't even his fault. You have nothing to apologise for I was being a dick." He replied with a laugh.
Mia giggled.
Isaac smiled at her innocence. "If you ever need anyone to talk to that isn't your family, I'll be here for you. And I can help show you all the cool stuff you missed out on like seeing how long it would take for Stiles to realise that I messed with his car radio so that it only plays Wannabe by the SpiceGirls.
Mia let out a snort her red turning red before she looked up at him with a smile. "I'd like that...Friends?" She held out her hand.
"Friends." Isaac replied shaking her hand. "For what it's worth no one expects anything from you, I think they're just happy that you're back."

As much as Mia wanted to stay until Scott and the others woke up to see if it worked she was too worried about Derek and Cora. So after a painful 10 hours of pacing, sleeping and making shapes out of random groves in Deaton's wall she excused herself and went back to the loft.
