BH MEMORIAL HOSPITAL , CALIFORNIA.
"WHERE'S my Sister?!" Derek's voice boomed throughout the hospital as soon as he saw that the bed she normally occupies is empty.
He grabbed the nearest nurse and slammed him into the wall opposite her room.
"Where is she?" He seethed not caring about whether or not he was hurting the man he just wanted to know where his sister was.
Having heard the commotion Melissa sped down the hallway and pried Derek from the male nurse although he was still sending the man death glares.
Melissa gave Derek a disapproving look which reminded him of the one his Mom used to give him when he did something wrong "What's going on? You know you can't just go around abusing the staff Derek!" Melissa scolded him.
"Where is she?" Derek asked the woman desperately "Where's my sister?" He involuntarily growled.
Melissa looked up at him confused before she glanced into room 309 to find it bare.
"I'll see into it, the doctors must of taken her somewhere maybe they relocated her, just stay calm" She tried to reassure the Alpha.
"They're suppose to notify me if anything changes, your one of her nurses how do you not know about any of this?" Derek started to yell at her but before he could continue making her feel even worse for not knowing the whereabouts of one of her patients, her son and his friend steps in.
"It's not Melissa's fault okay? She's trying to help, give her a break Derek" Stiles glared at him but quickly shrank back once he met Derek's icy glare.
"Mom what's going on?" Scott asked his Mother not understanding why Derek was so mad.
"I'm not sure, she wasn't scheduled for any surgical practices and as far as I know she didn't need to be moved. I'll check up with some of the other Doctors, in the meantime keep him busy I don't want him abusing any more staff" Melissa gestured towards Derek who looked slightly guilty.

UNKNOWN, BEACON HILLS
Deucalion looked down at the girl who Kali had laid on the table.
"What are we going to do with her?" The woman asked examining the girl.
"Nothing, she's leverage to get Derek. Besides there's no telling if she will ever wake up. Just make sure no one touches the girl. I have other business to attend to" He explained as he picked up his cane.
"I'm not a babysitter" Kali growled lowly not wanting to have to look after the girl.
"You're not dead either but that can be easily arranged" Deucalion quipped as he walked out of the penthouse.
Kali growled after him sitting down beside the girl and examining her nails. She was bored, bored enough to want to know what was going on inside the young girls head. Once she made sure that Deucalion wasn't coming back anytime soon she leaned closer to the girl and exposed her neck to herself so that she could get better access and shoved her claws into her neck without another thought.
She was suddenly brought into the girls mind. She saw flashes of what had happened in the Hale fire and her life up until now, listening to Derek and her nurses have one sided conversations with the girl whilst she screamed at them willing for them to hear her, but they never did.
Kali was taken out of the girls memories when a hand enclosed around her own bringing her back into the penthouse. She looked up to see Deucalion glaring down at her with an intimidating look.
"Did I not make myself clear? Or are you deaf as well as me being blind" Deucalion spoke harshly waiting for a reasonable explanation.
"It didn't show me anything that interesting, just what happened at the Hale fire and her internal battle with herself" Kali shrugged it off.
"She is not to be touched, not yet. I want to know Derek's next move before anything happens with the girl. She is proven to be vital in getting what we need"
"How is she vital? She's in a coma" Kali said bluntly gesturing to the girls form, wondering how one little girl could be of so much use when she's not even awake.
"Derek cares for the girl, she is one of the only members of family he has left and I know that he will do anything in his power to get her back, including maybe even considering joining our Pack" He explained knowing that this could be what it takes for the Hale Alpha to join their Pack and if he does it would make them that much stronger, he needs the Hale wolves on his side if he is to be the strongest Pack.
