Virgil's alarm went off, waking him up. He had to go to work that day. He didn't want to go, though, he absolutely hated his work. His boss was an asshat and all his coworkers were incompetent. He would have just stayed home, but his roommates (also known as his parents) were annoying drunks who had nothing better to do than yell profanities at him.
Virgil turned off his alarm and got up. He got dressed then did his makeup. He threw his wallet, charger, phone, and keys in his mini backpack and headed out. His father drunkenly yelled slurs at him as passed by. On his way out the door, he grabbed an apple and left.
Virgil walked to his work. He walked in and saw that nothing was done. The boss was nowhere to be seen and all the workers were just standing there doing nothing. Virgil rolled his eyes and walked back out. Seeing as no one saw him he was free to leave without one of his coworkers saying he had to go do something that they themself were just too lazy to do.
Virgil walked down the sidewalk not fully sure where he was heading. He soon saw a park that he recognized. It was the park that was just down the street from Roman's house. Virgil now knew where he was gonna go.
He kept walking until he was outside Roman's house. He figured that Roman would probably either be somewhere in the house or at work. He knew he wouldn't have to worry about Roman's parents. The only other person that would be there would be Remus, Roman's brother.
Roman and Remus lived together in one of the houses that their parents owned. The twins' parents were only ever in town for a few weeks at a time. Their parents were always doing business out of town, so the twins didn't really live with their parents.
Virgil looked up at Roman's bedroom window that was on the second floor. He walked over to the tree that was outside the window and climbed up it as he had done many times before.
"Oh, hey, Virgil," a voice from a window over said. Virgil looked over to see Remus.
"Hey Remus," Virgil said. "Roman home?"
"Nah, he fucking ran to the store. The bitch will be back anytime though," Remus said with a shrug.
Virgil nodded, "alright."
"So Bitch, you planning to make yourself at home like always?"
"Yup."
"Cool. If you fucking need something leave me alone and fucking get it yourself."
Virgil nodded and opened Roman's window, climbing in. He went over to the bed and sat down. He sat his backpack on the ground next to the bed after grabbing out his phone. Laying back on the bed, letting his legs hang off the end, he played on his phone.
After about 10 to 15 minutes, Roman walked into the room holding a bag of random stuff he either needed or just wanted. He noticed Virgil and was unfazed by him being there.
"Skipping out on work again?" Roman asked, setting the bag on his desk.
"Yup," Virgil said, turning off his phone, and sitting up.

Hey peoples!
Do y'all like my new profile pic thing?
I turn 16 tomorrow! Which just seems crazy to me. Time has been going by fast the past few years.
Anygay, I hope all of you are doing well! I'm doing pretty good.
The other day I got part of my hair dyed, and I really like how it turned out. I don't have any pics of the finished product, but I have some pics from during the process if you wanna maybe see that.
Also, does anyone else play Stardew Valley? I played it a lot a few months ago, and have gotten back into playing it a lot in the past few weeks. Except for earlier this week, because my computer wouldn't work for like no reason. It's working again now though, thankfully.
Okay, I've been talking- er typing too long... Okie bye-bye besties! I platonically love y'all!
