Roman wanted to play a prank on Virgil, so he got up before the younger. Roman went to the kitchen and switched the labels on the salt and sugar. After switching the salt and sugar, Roman went to the living room and waited.
About a half-hour later, Virgil came down the stairs. He yawned as he walked to the kitchen, starting the coffee maker. Virgil pulled out the 'sugar' from the pantry and put it on the counter, before also grabbing his mug. Everyone had a mug with their color. Virgil's was purple, Roman's was red, Patton's was light blue, and Logan's was dark blue.
Roman got off the couch and leaned on the other side of the counter, "Morning, Virge."
After pouring coffee into his mug, Virgil put a big spoonful of 'sugar' into his mug. Virgil glared at Roman and took a sip of his coffee. Roman was holding back laughter at first, but as he watched Virgil down the whole mug of salty coffee he just watched in shock. Virgil put his mug in the sink after finishing it all at once.
"What do you want for breakfast?" Virgil asked, walking to the fridge. "It's my day to make breakfast and I don't know what to make."
"Um, pancakes," Roman said, unsure. He was still shocked that Virgil drank the salty coffee.
