Lily poked her head into a compartment and smiled, "This one's empty Harry."
Her brother nodded as he carefully maneuvered down the hallway of the train to where his sister was, careful so as to not jostle his owl. Lily smiled. The engineer had told her she could keep her belongings with her since she was able to fit all her belongings into a backpack and her crate. Lily hadn't accumulated a great deal of clothing in her lifespan, so she didn't have as much luggage. Harry didn't either, except he lacked Lily's genius idea of a crate, so his luggage was placed in the storage compartment, along with the bag which contained Lily's schoolbooks.

As Harry reached the compartment, Lily squeezed in and took up one of the empty benches near the window. Setting her crate down on the floor near her feet so it wouldn't slide, she peered out the window.

"We're so high up!" she giggled. "Looks like we're on a bridge."
Harry nodded as he sat down on the opposite bench, placing his birdcage down.

"I wonder where Hagrid went to," the boy observed.

Lily smiled, "Did you see how fast Professor McGonagall disappeared? Must be a wizard and witch thing. After all, they work at Hogwarts so I'm sure they have much better things to do than escort two kids around."
"That's true," Harry mused. "I just hope there aren't any people at Hogwarts like my cousin."
"Was he a bully?" Lily inquired.

Harry nodded, "He was kind of a lazy sort of bully... but a bully, nonetheless. Did you ever encounter bullies in Romania?"

Lily shrugged, "There were a few kids I met who weren't pleasant, but I learnt to not let them get to my head. It's a waste of time and energy to fight back so I just ignore them."
"But what if they prank you? You cannot really ignore it if they hurt you." Harry pointed out, not sure how someone like his sister who looked so gentle and sweet could handle being bullied.

Lily grinned, "That's the secret to beating bullies! If you do not give them a reaction, they'll stop. They bully because they want to get a reaction. It's like little kids. They pinch and poke at you because they want you to notice them but if you ignore the prodding and pinching, they stop because they become bored."
"So you're saying.... If you make bullies bored, they'll leave you alone?" Harry inquired.

"Exactly!" Lily squealed, happy that her brother understood. "What fun is there in bullying someone if they're just going to keep on going about their business as if you're not there?"
"It must take a lot of patience and willpower," Harry muttered. "I have had to do that with my cousin but... there were bullies at school that were worse than him that I just couldn't stand."
Lily nodded, "It is hard but look at it this way: You can fight bullies all you want but it will either get you in trouble or get you more hurt and it will only encourage them to keep bullying you. Or, you can ignore them and be more mature and properly raised by not letting it get to you. You have to be a wolf."
Harry tilted his head to the side in puzzlement, "A wolf?"
His sister nodded, smiling mischievously, "The Tiger and the Lion may be more powerful, but the wolf does not perform in the circus! The author of that quote is unknown, but you get the idea."

Harry chuckled, "Thanks Lily. I'll remember that."
Lily smiled before she felt a movement in her backpack. Lifting the flap, she saw that Ellery had woken from her nap and was wanting to get out. Reaching in, Lily lifted the little dragon out and placed her in her lap. Harry jumped at the sight of the dragon.

"Where....did you get that?" He asked.

"An old friend," Lily replied. "He studies dragons in Romania. This is Emery. According to my friend, Charlie, she will not grow larger than a medium sized dog. He said the largest her breed has gotten is about two to three feet high with a maximum of six-foot wingspan. However, he said that Ellery is a cross between Norwegian Ridgeback and Portuguese Long-Snout, so he said she will probably get to about two and a half feet high with a five-foot wingspan."
"Will she stay green her whole life?" Harry inquired.
