Where do I even begin? The performers, the audience energy, the songs, it was just incredible. Saw 1 understudy and 2 swings, Thomas Purvis as Benny, Carlina Parker as Alexi, and Jeremy Abram as Steve & others. Shafiq Hicks was incredible as Collins, I was absolutely floored during I'll Cover You reprise! Aiyana Smash as Mimi was also perfection, so much energy! I was sitting there wondering how she does that 8 times a week. Lyndie Moe is absolutely amazing as Maureen as well. I could just go on for hours about how much I love the cast. The audience energy just enhanced the experience, mooing during Over The Moon and clapping along with Seasons of Love (which was really awkward for me for some reason, lol). Unfortunately, there was several empty sections of seats, the row in front of me was completely empty, and the people sitting to my right never came back for act 2. 10/10, would see again. Photos:
