He was back in the present, after fondly remembering things that he went through, still embracing Bruno. He then let go.

"I-i'm sorry, Bruno. It has been hard for me."

"Agustin, it's ok. I lost someone too, my dearest sister who never ridiculed me even once. My dearest sister who would always be there for me, who always had my back." Bruno reassured him.

Agustin then returned to Casita, and changed his clothes. He then returned to the empty church at the town square, holding a bag with his wife's wedding dress inside.

He then sat on the front pew. He laid the bag next to him, unzipped it, and brought the dress out. He then hugged the dress, and cried on it. That love was still burning even though the other one had passed.

He then whispered cryingly "Oh my Lord, tell me, what great sin have I committed to deserve this? What have I done to deserve this? If I had wronged You, please, I will greatly repent for the rest of my life."

He clenched his rosary tighter and closer to him.

A priest entered the church, as he is about to fill the vacant post in the confessional. He then saw the crying, frustrated Agustin at the front pew.

"Are you in need of any assistance?" the priest asked.

"No, I-i'm just praying, uh, yes, I don't need assistance." Agustin replied.

The priest thinks he's lying.

"I saw you at the funeral masses I gave, at the requiem mass earlier. You lost both your wife and daughter," the priest told him.

"I don't know what  sin I committed for this happening to me. My family is tearing apart. I think I'm a great sinner to deserve this punishment," he criedly replied to the priest.

"No, you are not. I'm sorry for your great loss. I believe that if you stay strong, for your daughters, it will surely make your wife proud. I know that may be bad advice to give to someone grieving, but you are the only parent figure that your daughters have left. Remember, you are a great man, a great father, and the course of events, and from what I have heard, Senora Madrigal has been an aspect in this. Again, I'm sorry for your great loss, no one deserves to go through what you have gone through." the priest said.

He went up the stairs, leading up to the bell tower, remembering the fleeting memories of his childhood, where Julieta would lead him up there. Where he chased Julieta before she jumped off.

He once sat at the edge of the bell tower, like he did when he and Julieta would as children, but this time he was alone, and reflecting on life. The laughs, the happiness that this place had once given to him, was now gone, and every second there pains him, from that night that still haunts him.

He could see the whole town from up there. But there he was, without her. He regretted every moment that was taken for granted. He was there, pondering.

"Maybe love doesn't happen as you wish in life"
