Tris' POVERTY
I find a pair of arms wrap around my waist, bringing me into reality.
"Boo." Four says as he kisses me on the cheek.
"Boo." I say turning round to give him a quick peck on the lips.
"Hellooo. Erm guys, hello." A voice belonging to Tamara says. Although she speaks, I cannot see her.
"Tamara. Hey. Where are you?" I question.
Tobias moves out of my view to allow me to see a smiling Tamara.
"You two are as bad as each other, you know that right?" Tamara says laughing as she approaches me.
Before I know it, I find her pulling me in for a hug. Although she's tiny, it feels nice to have this embrace. Big things come in little packages.
"I can't believe you're my brother. I can't believe my brother has a girlfriend. I can't believe you're his girlfriend. She's so pretty and you two are so cute. You're so tall. I'm so small." Tamara goes on complimenting Tobias and I.
"Climb onto my back." Tobias answers, bending down to Tamara's height.
Tamara climbs onto his back, as I walk towards the stairs to the laundry area or washing area if you want to be more specific. Before I can move my feet more than a metre, Four's hand grips mine, sending shivers all the way through my body. The energy between us is electrifying and I wonder what would happen if Tamara wasn't here at the moment in time.

No Tris.
Shush.
You're totally not thinking that at all.
"Don't go." The look in his eyes is majestic, making me feel alive. I hesitated before deciding to stay, although I really did have a lot of clothing to wash.

"Beatrice?" A voice shouts.
"Beatrice?" The voice says, getting closer.
"Prior." The voice shouts, causing me to stand still.
In that moment, I feel a slight graze on top of my shoulder. Finding a hand being placed on top of it, I turn around.
"Julian?" I say puzzled. (AN// I added new characters. Don't hate me.)
"Beatrice. How've you been?" Julian says, while I stand there in complete shock as I listen my old best friend that disappeared from Abnegation talk to me.
Julian is two years old than myself, he disappeared from abnegation when I was 12.
"How did you know it was me?" I ask
"You have the same eyes, and plus everyone knows 'Tris'.
"Then don't call me Beatrice." I say, feeling sassy.
"Anyway Tris, how've you been?" He asks again...
"I'm good but I really have to do some washing. Care to help?" I question - I'm not abnegation anymore.
"Sure. Sure," he says.

After transferring the clothes from the washer to the dryer, and folding the clothes, we'd finally finished.
"How about a coffee and a catch up?" Julian questions.
"Okay." Is all I can say.
"So how's Caleb?" Julian follows up with.
"I wouldn't know, we've not seen each other in 6 months or so." I say.
"Oh, I swear I saw him here the other day though." Julian says with a thinking face on.
"I doubt it." I say
"Beatrice, Tris, I'd really like to do this again. See where 'this' goes. How about it?" Julian asks, I try to hold back a chuckle.
"I'm flattered but I have a boyfriend." I say with a smile.
"How do I know you're not just saying this?" He asks.
"You can meet him if you like." I say getting up. Watching as Julian follows me.
I walk into 'my' room, hearing a chuckle coming from the kitchen.
Instantly, I smile at what I see.
"Ha! I won this round." I hear Tamara say as I see Tobias with a smirk on his face.
"Hey." I say to both Tobias and Tamara."You playing cards? Who's winning?"
"Well I won this round, but he's beating me 4-2" Tamara says.
"Aww c'mon Tamara, do it for the girls." I say with a slight hint of a chuckle.
"Hey, I'm your boyfriend." Tobias says
"Sisters before misters." I say winking at him.
"Yeah well, you love me anyhow." Tobias says, returning the wink.
"We'll see." I announce, as I walk away about to command Julian to enter.
I get as far as opening the door, to let Julian in before arms wrap around my waist.
A soft breath explores the back of my neck as a head is placed in the crook.
"Tobias?" Julian again questions.
"Julian?" Tobias' head perks up as soon as he hears Julian's voice.
"Man, it's good to see you." Julian says as he goes in for a man hug.
"How long has it been 4 years?" Tobias asks.
"Almost 5 years." Julian responds.
"Wait, you know each other?" I say looking extremely confused.
"He was in my year at school and we were tight." Julian says.
"Wait, how do you two know each other?" Tobias asks.
"I bumped into Julian when I was 10, we had to help a lady together, then we were like best friends. Along with Susan and Robert." I tell Tobias.
"Wait, so your boyfriend is Tobias?" Julian asks, looking stunned.
"Yeah, mate." Tobias answers before I have chance to say anything.
"Oh man, I just hit on your girlfriend. Sorry man." Julian tells Tobias. Why do they keep saying 'mate' and 'man'?
"You what now?" Tobias says, his expression changing.
"It's okay, she turned me down. Told me she had a boyfriend." Julian says.
"Do you wanna come in?"
"Sure."
Tobias' POV
"You scored man. Tris is well hot." Julian says.
"She's also mine, if you try anything you should know, we can both kick your ass." I tell Julian, making sure he's aware and gets the message.
"Alright, how long you been together?" He asks me.
"Around 7 months."
"You love her?" He asks me.
"What's with all these questions?" I say
"Just getting the overall view of your relationship."
"Stay in your lane, I love her. I'm not going to let you ruin this relationship."
"Who said I was going to ruin your relationship?"
"Some people never change." I say referring to our childhood together.
