I sat in silence on my seat in the back of the huge room, watching how the room slowly filled with people. In the front of the room was a small sort of stage with a mic on it.

As soon as everyone had entered the room, a group of like about 10 people walked on the stage. One of them walked towards the mic, cleared his throat and began on his speech about what will be happening the coming weeks etc. "Here next to me stand 9 of the 10 recruiters. I am one myself." He spoke proudly. "Recruiters have been in the army for a very long time and fought lots of battles, succeeding in surviving. We will answer your questions and help you during the trainings." He then introduced them by name, also calling the names of those who they'd work with. Every recruiter had a small group of civilians. "Please walk to the recruiter as soon as your name is called." I listened closely, playing a bit with my fingers as I waited for my name to be called. "Vic Fuentes, Joan Taylor, Frank Iero, Joe Trohman and Gerard Way. Please walk up here and wait for further instructions."
